hmm, i think the bar was too heavy for that one dude, thats why he couldnt do it right. You should start with empty bar the first time you try this move. I was stunned how heavy this move was, when i first time did it.

wish there was a sideview of the bar path. what is the difference in a jm and face press?
Is this called JM press because when you lower the bar it makes J movement?
