- Princess Catherine appeared at Wimbledon on Sunday to present the trophy to the winner of the Wimbledon men’s final Carlos Alcaraz, in her second public engagement since announcing her cancer diagnosis.
Kate has been undergoing chemotherapy and made her first public appearance since announcing her diagnosis in March at the Trooping the Colour ceremony in London last month.
The princess, who is the patron of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club received a standing ovation, as she waved to the crowd before the match.
Talk's Jeremy Kyle is joined by The Royal Editor Robert Jobson, who compares Princess Catherine to the late Queen and Princess Diana.

She and William have made me become a fan of the royal family because of the brilliant example they are to everyone on so many different facets -family and as individuals. I think that as Prince William was able to live a normal life for a while flying helicopters and Catherine came from a well-to-do, normal background, they have had a more down-to-earth start to their royal roles than other monarchs have been able to. Their close tiea with the Middletons will also help to keep their children's feet on the ground. Our monarchy looks to be in safe hands.
Thats funny. Never thought of it, but when Catherine became POW I worried it would take a while to get used to!!!. That has ALWAYS been Diana for me....and everyone else in the world. Robson has soon changed his tune. He was saying only last week that William’s interest in Homelessness will be seen as political & he shouldn’t be doing it, now he’s saying different. I find this man biased against Catherine & definitely against William, then on another occasion he said Catherine PROBABLY had a hand in the Harkles not being invited to stand on the Balcony at the Queen’s Jubilee.
