I think a ranking as a "the lower the number the stronger the char" is always difficult. Some characters might win against a char who is listed as stronger by the ranking, due to some features, but he might also lose a fight to another char that is listed as weaker. if I WOULD make a compilation I'd just list my 10 strongest chars, but without ranking them. Just naming them. if you do a compilation like this you could make groups where the chars would be quite equal, but I honestly deny those a>b>c>d>e>f>... rankings ^^
A prime example of this is Killua who faced Youpi and Pouf without them even being able to touch him thanks to godspeed but would be absolutlly destroyed without it

Pre-Nuke Maruem is Equal to Gon, because Neferpitou died before the Post-Nuke and mentioned that Adult Gon was an equal to Pre-Nuke. And it was stated, Netero was 1/2 of Maruem's Power In total. But, in terms of overall stats, Netero is overall better, but not stronger, due to Gon's Immersurable Strength. Post-Nuke Maruem > Adult Gon.
that's not true, Gon is way faster than Meruem. Just saying but Gon wasn't even trying when versing Pitou, He just wanted to be with Kite again. As well as the King slapped pitou wanting to kill her, while Gon just kicked her normally and she went flying. I do agree with your list but it is an arguable discussion.
Meruem's nen ability is : whenever he eats something he acquicres it's nen ability, he ate yupi + pouf so he obtained their power and nen abilities so that's still meruem, not meruem + pouf + yupi If he ate netero he'd be throwing hyakushiki kan'on bitchslaps left and right
Anime World Nope he can only absorb his royal guards abilities. That's even what they said in the manga. And Neteros hyakushiki kanon is not for everyone, it requires a lot more than simply strong nen. Otherwise Ging would've also been able to do it by simply getting hit by it. Meruem eats people's aura and aura only. Post rose Meruem got their abilities because that is how it's supposed to be, Royal guards were born for the sole purpose to serve the king. Post rose Meruem is Meruem+Youpi+Pouf since they offered their power to him.

DrCoding if his nen ability is indeed as it was shown (been able to copy any ability he gets hit with) and doen't have any drawbacks we don't know about then he would be above kuroro (same ability but kuroro's thief's book has too many conditions to fullfill before copying an ability) And top 5 nen users means how stong his nen is not his ability for example netero isn't no1 because of hyakushiki kan'on but because his nen is huge and clear (it's rough when you first unlock nen but gets smoother the more you train which shows how hard he trained his nen)
Meh, that he has to be hit by it is a drawback bigger than any of chrollo's...meaning he can only dish out what he can handle, while yes chrollo needs to do more but he can obtain stronger abilities since he doesnt actually need to sustain the damage done by those abilities.

Leorio has one feat and ging let himself get hit.

Nah fam YOU go read the original translation. " his fangs may even reach the king" meaning adult gon was a threat. If he punched Meruem full force with Rock, Meruem would take damage. That's it. He'd win 2, maybe three rounds out of ten against Meruem at best. And that's all Pitou needed to say he's a threat since her reason for existence is to protect Meruem so anyone that even has a chance, albeit a shitty chance, of harming the king has to die in her eyes. Now let's go through the reasons gon loses to Netero. 1. Experience. Roiding out grants gon speed and power, probably greater then Neteros physical body. It does NOT grant him an intelligence boost or do anything about the century of experience Netero has on him. The man has been a nen master fighting strong opponents for ten times as long as gon has been alive and is the greatest martial artist in their world. A solid argument could be made he could just use his vastly superior skill to toy around with Gon in a fistfight, at least for awhile, which brings me 2. Adult gon is not permanent. Gon has a limited amount of time after after making the nen deal before his body falls apart and he's unable to fight or use nen. Netero doesn't even need to inflict lethal damage upon gon to win, just run down the clock until Gon reverts back to normal. Assuming gon is still so much faster and stronger that his martial arts alone aren't enough to close the gap he'll just bring out the 99 hands statue which gives us 3 3. Meruem was NOT faster then the statues movements. This is stated. He had to wait, analyze them and predict their movements. He was able to do this because he's a genius . Gon is not a genius. He's never been shown to be able to Analyze patterns that way. He couldn't get past the statue to Touch Netero unless you think he's significantly FASTER then Meruem, which..he's just not lmao. Which brings me to the nail in Gons coffin here 4. Meruem tanked zero hand. He took some light damage they showed him being bruised and dusty but he walked it off. Pitou tore gons arm off..she would NEVER have been able to do that to Meruem. Humans rely purely on nen to enhance durability by creating a forcefield around themselves. Chimera ants can do that, but they can also just be physically much stronger and tougher underneath the shield with their natural physiology. Meruem is superhuman WITHOUT nen, and then has nen shields on top of it. Gons durability does not match Meruem at all, scaling off pitou and just using common sense. He's going to actually get hurt by all those slaps bouncing him around and if he gets hit with zero hand that's a 1 hit kill, he's not getting up from that

I agree with 90% of the list but in my opinion Leorio’s no way 38. He’s weak all he has done in the whole series is punch Ging. Remote punch imo is a below average hatsu. I think even Pokkle was stronger than Leorio cuz he was able to deal with low level chimera ants without having any problem and he also was strong enough to take down some officers for eg when he was going for the finishing blow on Pike. He would’ve killed Pile if Zazan hadn’t intruded. I don’t think Leorio can do anything like that.
Meh, remote punch is way more impressive than Pokkle's arrows, also keep in mind that Leorio only started learning nen and has a more advanced ability than Pokkle.
I think putting ging on this list was ok because he is said to be a top 5 nen user in the world. SO we dont know if that means whether he is 1, 3 or 5 if you know what i mean. although if i made this would have put a honorable mention at the end saying he most likely is one of the strongest but not a lot of evidence to back it up. If anyone says that he isn't top 5 potential is kinda whack lol.
Wtf, Leorio is way to high, not to low. He shouldnt even be close to the top 50. His physical abilities arent that impressive and the only Nen he ever showed is a very standard Emission Hatsu. Machi for example would beat him with ease
Oldish video, but overall a good list. Only issues are 1. Pitou > Chrollo and Zeno 2. Don't include Ging (Yet, as he has almost no feats other than him being stated to be a top 5 nen user and beating up some fodder, and him being stronger than Pariston, who also has no feats.) 3. Bisky > Kurapika (I'll let that slide though) Machi is in an awkward spot too, I do think she is stronger than Leorio but I don't mind as much.
In my opinion Adult Gon should be above Isaac Netero because Netero died to Meruem and Neferpitou said his power was equal to that of the king. (Younger Netero would have been the best though)

Killua should be rated at least 12. He showed a lot of potential throughout the series and with his newly developed Godspeed, he should be able to hit top 12. Plus he's been traveling with Gon till the very end.

Post-Revival Hisoka should probably place higher than Chrollo, since a big factor in Chrollo winning their deathmatch was due to his large amount of prep time and being allowed to strategize in order to counter Hisoka a lesson Hisoka has learned now, and also it very much seems that Hisoka is even stronger now due to his revival.
Shaiapouf should atleast be in this list, sure that he wasn’t the strongest Royal guard, but he’s still a royal guard nonetheless, he has the power to fly at immense speed as well as physical strength. Basically, he can manipulate humans turning them into chimera ant arcs. Tho, he may not be the strongest but he’s a strategist in most situations.
Leorio is stronger than the cheetah chimera ant because Leorio would be able to pack a warp punch like he did to ging and take him down but the cheetah chimera ant is still faster and that’s Leorios only move he’d be able to use against him, he also knows ten and nen and held his own against Uvogin

Ging is stronger than that. Meruem post rose shouldnt even be a character. It's simply Meruem+Youpi+Pouf. So basically it is 3 characters in on.
Meruem's nen ability is : whenever he eats something he acquicres it's nen ability, he ate yupi + pouf so he obtained their power and nen abilities so that's still meruem, not meruem + pouf + yupi

And Neteros hyakushiki kanon is not for everyone, it requires a lot more than simply strong nen. Otherwise Ging would've also been able to do it by simply getting hit by it. Meruem eats people's aura and aura only. Post rose Meruem got their abilities because that is how it's supposed to be, Royal guards were born for the sole purpose to serve the king. Post rose Meruem is Meruem+Youpi+Pouf since they offered their power to him.

She is definitely stronger than kalluto, who beat a fodder chimera ant and couldn't even comprehend feitans movements as well as shizuku who struggled against pike. Leorio has one feat and ging let himself get hit.
Machi should be on a higher rank. She's deadly.

So Gon, who’s stated to be equal to the King at adult form is somehow less than Netero, who couldn’t compare to the King until he used the Rose. Nah do your research
Nah fam YOU go read the original translation. " his fangs may even reach the king" meaning adult gon was a threat. If he punched Meruem full force with Rock, Meruem would take damage. That's it. He'd win 2, maybe three rounds out of ten against Meruem at best. And that's all Pitou needed to say he's a threat since her reason for existence is to protect Meruem so anyone that even has a chance, albeit a shitty chance, of harming the king has to die in her eyes. Now let's go through the reasons gon loses to Netero.
1. Experience. Roiding out grants gon speed and power, probably greater then Neteros physical body. It does NOT grant him an intelligence boost or do anything about the century of experience Netero has on him. The man has been a nen master fighting strong opponents for ten times as long as gon has been alive and is the greatest martial artist in their world. A solid argument could be made he could just use his vastly superior skill to toy around with Gon in a fistfight, at least for awhile, which brings me
2. Adult gon is not permanent. Gon has a limited amount of time after after making the nen deal before his body falls apart and he's unable to fight or use nen. Netero doesn't even need to inflict lethal damage upon gon to win, just run down the clock until Gon reverts back to normal. Assuming gon is still so much faster and stronger that his martial arts alone aren't enough to close the gap he'll just bring out the 99 hands statue which gives us 3
3. Meruem was NOT faster then the statues movements. This is stated. He had to wait, analyze them and predict their movements. He was able to do this because he's a genius . Gon is not a genius. He's never been shown to be able to Analyze patterns that way. He couldn't get past the statue to Touch Netero unless you think he's significantly FASTER then Meruem, which..he's just not lmao. Which brings me to the nail in Gons coffin here
4. Meruem tanked zero hand. He took some light damage they showed him being bruised and dusty but he walked it off. Pitou tore gons arm off..she would NEVER have been able to do that to Meruem. Humans rely purely on nen to enhance durability by creating a forcefield around themselves. Chimera ants can do that, but they can also just be physically much stronger and tougher underneath the shield with their natural physiology. Meruem is superhuman WITHOUT nen, and then has nen shields on top of it. Gons durability does not match Meruem at all, scaling off pitou and just using common sense. He's going to actually get hurt by all those slaps bouncing him around and if he gets hit with zero hand that's a 1 hit kill, he's not getting up from that

I agree with 90% of the list but in my opinion Leorio’s no way 38. He’s weak all he has done in the whole series is punch Ging. Remote punch imo is a below average hatsu. I think even Pokkle was stronger than Leorio cuz he was able to deal with low level chimera ants without having any problem and he also was strong enough to take down some officers for eg when he was going for the finishing blow on Pike. He would’ve killed Pile if Zazan hadn’t intruded. I don’t think Leorio can do anything like that.
Meh, remote punch is way more impressive than Pokkle's arrows, also keep in mind that Leorio only started learning nen and has a more advanced ability than Pokkle.

I think putting ging on this list was ok because he is said to be a top 5 nen user in the world. SO we dont know if that means whether he is 1, 3 or 5 if you know what i mean. although if i made this would have put a honorable mention at the end saying he most likely is one of the strongest but not a lot of evidence to back it up. If anyone says that he isn't top 5 potential is kinda whack lol.

1. Pitou > Chrollo and Zeno
2. Don't include Ging (Yet, as he has almost no feats other than him being stated to be a top 5 nen user and beating up some fodder, and him being stronger than Pariston, who also has no feats.)

Machi is in an awkward spot too, I do think she is stronger than Leorio but I don't mind as much.

Post-Revival Hisoka should probably place higher than Chrollo, since a big factor in Chrollo winning their deathmatch was due to his large amount of prep time and being allowed to strategize in order to counter Hisoka a lesson Hisoka has learned now, and also it very much seems that Hisoka is even stronger now due to his revival.
