    Congrats on getting married! I've just gotten my own engagement ring today for my partner of 7 (nearly 8 years) haha. We've been in the process of doing a full engine rebuild on my LN106 that I've had since my first car. Got the same HD auto turbo kit you've got sitting in the cupboard too that I'm looking forward to installing (just have had the other matronly duties taking priority haha). Look forward to seeing more of your channel

      Thanks mate! Thats good to hear its the next big step haha. Now that right there is the way to go, exactly how I did it just wasn’t my first car. There will be plenty more in the pipeline!

    Bro why ditch the aircon? I had ln106 when putting turbo on got petrol hilux battery tray so battery is moved over the otherside and put airbox where battery was. all up including auto sparky to also re gas aircon as he routed the aircon line $600. Still don’t understand why there hasn’t been more ln106 turbo kits done this way

      I live in Vic mate, barely gets hot here haha. Also my aircon was well and truly rooted

    Nice work. I'm curious to know what EGT's you were seeing before and after the intercooler installation?

      I was going to add them into this video but when I was filming the egts the LED’s on the gauge kept going invisible in the video. So pushing it up hill before it would keep climbing well above 500 up and above 600. The coolant also was heating up way to quick. I would spend 3 minutes on the highway and it would be pushing 115 degrees coolant.
      Now with the intercooler the highest Ive had it pushing it up hills on a 28 degree day is 520 egt and 110 coolant

      @@thebus8685try advancing your pump 1-2mm, I done mine 1-1.5mm advance
      And dropped coolant and egt temps massively from 530 in the dump to 420 on a massive hill 4th foot flat on a 40 degree day sitting on 100
      Coolant temps from 109-112 to 93-95 now
      I’m running a td04 18psi and stock pump stock air box and no intercooler
      You will definitely see a bigger drop in egts temps with the intercooler also,

      Hey mate, egts still climb but when its pushing hard up a long hill it doesn’t get too far over 500 deg but it still needs tuning which will cool them down a bit

      @ that’s really good! I’m in the states and turbo’d mine and it seems to run 500degree F just going down the road and I up hills it will be 800-1000 degree F going up hills. I haven’t adjusted my fuel screw either

    Is the inlet/outlet 3inch on the intercooler?

      Naa it is 2.25” which is plenty for how small the turbo is
