Sounds like it's only running on 1 cylinder to me! Battery ignition charge your battery and make sure your getting a good charge rate from the stator! 13.4 to 14 volts!

Straight pipes probably robbed the motor of 10% of it's power.

Needs better mufflers,probaly carb.rebuild tank flushed and pet cock cleaned oil changed,new tires and seat cover,etc.

I just purchased a cb160 the other day that has sat for 20+ years unfortunately for my case it has a ceased piston from what the previous owner told me but we will see what did you use to clean the chrome on it

Hayes Ginther That's too bad, we got lucky and the motor wasn't seized. We used Turtle Wax Chrome Polish. Stuff is amazing!
