Even if you never watch the movie.. this song can tell the sad side of the story very well. Beautiful masterpiece.
Oh, but you must watch the movie. The message is so powerful and painfully beautiful.
Yeah.
It is a first class film with amazing music.

What is the name of the movie?
@@ice__dark1195Its in the video title, "Cinema Paradiso" . Its an Italian movie. If you are lucky, it has multiple ending actually.
The feeling I get from this song is one I've practically never experienced before.
Have you seen the movie? This is brilliant.
My eyes are full of tears now. Thank you so much for the wonderful performance
One of the most beautiful pieces of music ever written
Beautifully played - the violin was played like a singing human, very emotional, nostalgic for the good old things, and sorrowing for their loss.
The sound of that violin is beyond belief . Beautifully played .
indeed
Yes, it almost sounds as if the instrument is crying.
This is a Guarneri del Gesu 1737 which belonged to Isaac Stern
This is so insanely beautiful. Impossible not to be moved deeply.
There are no words to describe this. So beautiful.
Beautiful performance of a mesmerising piece of Morricone magic 😢
I have listened to so many versions of this piece..... This version is my preference...... The first 5 times I listened to it _ could not stop the tears!!
Yesterday I was in a concert of il volo in zurich. They sang this song with amazing voices.
Speaks directly to your soul.
Finding the love of your life changes you in ways you can't anticipate.
I cannot handle these beautifully played phrases, it makes me fall in love one million times again
Magnifique…😮Monsieur Renaud Capuçon, je vous admire !!!❤
There are no words. So beautiful.
Thank you Maestro Ennio for this beautiful masterpiece 💜 as a child my Nonna put on Cinema Paradiso for all us grandchildren to watch and to this day it’s still one of my favorite films. 😊
It makes my heart ache for my youth, when I did not know real loss or of death. This song is painfully beautiful.
I completely agree. Haunting.
You said it. Not knowing real loss or death...
The violin is crying
Me too 😢
So do I
😢
If music could cry, this is it.
No, it's singing.
Renaud! Renaud! Quel intonation chaque seconde - perfection - ! :-) Mille bravos.
I can't stop myself from repeating this version, loved that emotional violin solo, so beautiful.
I have listened to MANY renditions of this but this one the violin seems RICHER TONES. HE IS WONDERFUL. UNFORTUNATELY I GET THE MELODY CAUGHT IN MY MIND AND KEEP GOING BACK TO IT LIKE A HAMSTER ON A WHEEL.
Moves me to tears every time I listen to Renaud play this most beautiful music I have EVER heard.
What a beautiful composition that touches my heart and soul. This composition really brought the movie to another level and sophistication. It is wonderfully played by Renaud Capuçon. Bravo!
Music sets the spiritual soul free and alights the human heart with emotion. A would without music is a world without a soul.
Why does this melody make my hair stand up and my eyes my eyes full of tears ?
Because it's so beautiful and soulful...much like the theme song for Schindler list ❤❤
My husband played this for me on the violin (with orchestral accompaniment on his bluetooth speaker 😂) when he proposed; he asked me to marry him during the song at 2:05 min. ❤
So romantic
Did you say yes or did it take another try?
Hope you accepted!!
Oh I said yes :)
Que romántica 😂
Wow what great tone the soloist has !
RIP Morricone 🙏 a great composer.
WAIT MORRICONE DIES

Absolutely amazing - not other word for it!.
If the violinist is not on verge of tears, it hasn't been done right. Greatly done
Such a good performance. Thank you.
We had a wonderful composer. May his soul rest in peace.
I watched this movie by chance and it stuck to my heard ever since.❤

Definitely one of the best rendition of the love theme.
so great and wonderful.
Magnificent Composition exquisitely played by Renaud Capuçon. His violin, formerly owned by Isaac Stern has an unbelievable warmth and together with the long legato lines of the melody this rendition emotes such intensity of emotion. Bravo Monsieur Capuçon! Your playing has touched and fascinated me so, that I immediately sent for the CD. Thank you for your artistry et bonne chance.
Maybe the most beautiful movie I have seen. Soundtrack is also wonderful.

I have never seen the movie (just ordered it online!) but heard this BEAUTIFUL tune many times. Reminds me a lot of Schindlers list theme. Superbly played.

Hearing a voice from heaven, the violin is weeping.
Merveilleux. Merci.
OK but credit has to go to Angela Morley who was the one who arranged this for John Williams album Cinema Serenade with Itzhak Perlman soloing, Still grave, gorgeous playing here as well!

Fantastico!!! ❤
A very beautiful rendition (BTW I was lucky enough to be present at Renaud Capuçon's one-night only concert in March at Olympia in Paris) but my favourite versions will be 1st Itzhac Perlman, 2nd Joshua Bell and 3rd but not least Chloe Hanslip. 😊🎉
That is brilliant
