Wow, I had completely forgotten about these! Im definitely using the dip bar attachment because it’s not as far of all fall as using the power rack. Can’t be too safe. You have my thanks as always brother!

Literally saw this right after doing some windshield wipers in a giant set - great video - agree with all the tips. People always try to do these far too slowly and you just don't get much out of them that way.
My grip is usually shot from rock climbing or hangboarding so I find I can get a ton more out of them with straps - worth a try if you find your grip is the limiting factor towards the end of the set.

Is there an upper obliques equivalent for this? Where the rotation comes from the upper thoracic than the hips?

Hello Papa Brian!!!!! A question on sand bags if I may. Is one shape better than another? Looking at Rogue and they sell cylinders, cubes, cones, tombstones, etc. I want to do some sandbag work over the winter in my basement. You're old school videos definitely got me interested in adding some strongman stuff to my we workouts.

They are all shaped differently for different purposes. But I think the traditional sandbag shape that you see me using all the time is the most versatile

Great Video, Nothing better then pretending to be car's windshield wipers. The only streak left behind is the bacon strip. :) Joking aside, I do miss your gray inside thought process. Keep up it up brother man.

Hardest part for me is keeping my legs straight, one of the many perks of being a giraffe and doing any strength sport !
