Great to see you over here on the channel bro, thanks! I got a few favorites that I’m going to be concentrating on this grow season, hoping to have at least 50 cuttings rooted by spring.

Hello, South Georgia Figs, can one plant rooted fig cuttings directly into the soil of the pot plant? cheers

Greetings TOM TOM and thanks for watching this video my friend. I recommend planting each rooted cutting in a separate container if possible and allow them to grow for at least 90 days before planting them in the ground and if it is cold there where you are right now I would wait until spring before planting them outside.

Do you grow all your figs in containers?

I have around 10 currently growing in the ground Frank but honestly I have much better results growing fig trees in containers.

Interesting. I recently started trying to grow figs in the ground, but have not had good luck. I might try containers.
