As someone who's parents are actively looking for groom and since most proposals i get are from these so called reputed families, I was on the edge of my seat, feeling uneasy every second of the film. It showed me all the fears i had in my mind. It was a well crafted social horror movie for me.

Why even go for an arranged marriage!? Not that all love marriages are successful, but haven't you ever felt the need of exploring your life yourself and finding a partner your own? Watched this cult movie yesterday and it encourage a positive discussion with my wife throughout the day and I believe this is how a movie should be made, educating and entertaining people. This movie more about educating people, showing the reality side of women face in their kitchen.
