I think aaravos’s crime is giving the humans dark magic in the prologue of season 3, the mage said the staff he was using was given to him by one of the great ones, and we know that aaravos was one of those, and also, now in prison. Plus, when Viren finally saw into the mirror, first thing he noticed was the same staff- only without all the decoration and dead animal parts. Hope this helps!

I like how Sunfire elves developed melanin because of frequent exposure to the sun. Their French accent is another story though.

How a Peace Era can be possible when Three out of 5 kingdoms have been lost Their Armies and Kings/Queens? While Sunfire elves have their Primal Source have Corrupted by Dark Magic and Also their Armies have Destroyed twice in Different Battles.
Usually peace can be obtained when one side is no longer in position to fight.
Maybe peace is still trying to be reached, with Ezran trying to calm the 5 kingdoms and Callum acting as an ambassador for Humans and Rayla for Xadia
@@alexanderarrington2393 It will be difficult since Ezran is only offering sweet words. The other kingdoms will view him as a Xadian puppet. Opeli is probably plotting a scheme to be Ezran's regent. Queen Aanya is also probably plotting her own scheme since she is the one who saved the elves.
@@Toad256 Season 4 can easily became A Song of Ice and Fire. Human Kingdoms and Elves fighting Both Against each other and among Themselves while The Real Threat preparing an Endgame.

Another tidbit about Tidebound Elves: Their appearance can vary wildly depending on where they live. A Tidebound that lives in tropical shallows would look very different to one that lives in a swamp, or polar waters.
Maybe that means there's a possibility of Tidebound mermaids/mermen?
Well it is possible I did notice images of some earthbloods looking like fauna and the 1/10 skywings do resemble harpies a bit
idk but for me it seems sunfire elves and startouch elves could be the strongest elves since they both seem to have a connection to space (sunfire elves:the sun and solar flares maybe and startouch elves:meteors and super novas) i also kinda see them related since the sun is a star

At the beginning of the first episode of season 3, we have Sol Regem (the old king of the dragons) talking to a dark mage to dissuade him from using dark magic. this mage had a staff which was given to him by an elf if we trust its version. So I have a theory about why Avazendom imprisoned Aravos. I think it's because he's the elf who gave to humans that staff allowing them to fully use dark magic.(Put a like if you think like me).
Theory: Elves were once human who found 'enlightenment' with a specific element, while some of them being like ATLA Avatar finding enlightenment on ALL of the elements/magic-types. As time passed, they evolved magically and have found a way to enter covenant with dragons gaining dragonblood that improved their magic and lives tremendously. After some time, and from such evolutions they have separated from 'normal' humans and have become aloof. Then the practice/ability to gain enlightenment became lost and now only those already enlightened and have passed it on for generations started calling themselves elves and thus more division.

I mean, I saw some pictures of them on the wiki and they are pretty. I just wonder if they are gonna be laid-back or strict
Based on the illustrations we've seen so far, I think the earthblood elves will be more laid back and probably be really friendly like hippie nomads (possible secret tunnel reference 😉) and the tidebound elves would be more serious/strict. But we'll have to wait for season 4 go find out

Hmm I've just noticed by watching this. How did the kingdom of Duran get there? Amaya destroyed the passage.
Update to that since i rewatched the third season. Viren pathed a lava river for his army so thats the pathway i guess.
The Kingdom of Duran can have their own passage that others don't know about. I wouldn't put it past Aanya to have her own Passage way to Xadia.

Yeah great video with what little info you had to work with, due to the COVID-19. Elves always hit me for being born with a golden spoon up the ass, I’d like to see how they would’ve have acted if they were the ones who weren’t born with magic or didn’t have the dragons on their side.

I really hope we get to see more of the other human kingdoms. After the battle of the storm spire there’s going to be some tension between the human kingdoms now and there might even be a civil war who knows but I can’t wait to find out.

I would like to point out that you got the date wrong, the killing of Zym’s dad was not 1,000 years after exile but rather a few thousand years after exile
People have many qualms with some Netflix series, but you gotta admit that some incredible series come out of the creative freedom Netflix gives to most of their show writers. Like, just think of how both avatar shows could be even more incredible if nickelodeon was more flexible! This show is when they get to have the creative freedom that they had to fight tooth and nail for a taste of in avatar.

I believe that startouch elves live in the stars and there are still many cities of them up there, Aaravos was cast down to earth for being a bitch, hence the fallen star

While every piece of fantasy media has elves for the sake of being there, there are two stories that flesh them out. Tolkien portrayed the elves as beautiful creatures closest to their all father, Eru Iluvatar. The Dragon Prince, who have horns, are seen as the guardians of magic and rich in distinct cultures. I wish there are more variations in elves.
