@@theblackunicorn261In a way you're right, specifically about fire - it is hot; fire is always some kind of combustion, aka the oxidation of a fuel with an oxidiser, which is always an exothermic reaction, releasing energy in the form of heat. The oxidiser is usually oxygen, but doesn't have to be - there are other oxidisers which can do the job, sometimes more energetically than oxygen. For example, fluorine is a more powerful oxidiser - if you replace the liquid oxygen in a hydrogen/oxygen rocket engine with liquid fluorine, the combustion process is more energetic and the flame temperature will be hotter, significantly improving the efficiency and power output of the rocket. Likewise with a fluorine carrying oxidiser such as chlorine trifluoride, which has the advantages of not being a cryogenic liquid as well as being a more concentrated fluorine source. It can actually burn substances which under most circumstances would not burn at all and could be used to extinguish other fires, such as water, sand, gravel or concrete. However, there are ways of "making things hot" which do not require a heat source: The most well known of which is something you can find in most kitchens - a microwave oven. The magnetron inside a microwave is powered by high voltage electricity and emits microwave radiation. This radiation is not heat, but is emitted at a frequency which excites water molecules, literally causing them to vibrate at a molecular level. This energy delivered to water molecules becomes heat, which is why microwave ovens can heat up water or anything which contains water, which includes pretty much everything we consider to be food. Another example is something also used as a kitchen appliance - an induction cooker. This again is not a heat source - underneath the surface of an induction "hotplate" is a coil of copper wire which generates a rapidly oscillating electromagnetic field. It is essentially the primary (input) side of an electrical transformer, but without a secondary (output) side present, which is why the induction cooker does nothing when there is no pan on top of it. When you put a steel pan on it, the base of the pan essentially becomes the secondary (output) side of the transformer, which absorbs the oscillating magnetic field. The steel is then rapidly magnetised in oscillating and opposing directions, which converts the electromagnetic energy into thermal energy with almost 100% efficiency, heating up the pan and cooking your food.

I love how tall asks him which doctor was it Dr j or Dr Seuss
It's funny how she's in need of medical care but make it seems like House needs her morr just because of how he is🤔
Thank you for still posting
I just realized who he is, he used to do British comedy in those old videos.
Ever see "Jeeves and Wooster?" Laurie and Stephen Fry were hilarious!!! Laurie played piano quite a bit on it so I knew his skill when I first watched HOUSE.👋🙂
Welcome to the wonderful world of Performance Art! One needs no talent or even sanity to do it!
As a person who takes pain meds and has dead/dying nerves in his legs and also understands going through withdrawals this sucks to watch
Nobody in the right mind will stalk house
0:13 i have that spatula
give it to me now
That’s not art … that’s crazy calling out for help.
Many artists, from van Gogh to Cobain to Dalio, have shown that those aren't mutually exclusive.
I have been seeing so many inconsistencies
Chase once dated a woman who liked to be burned I think he’s watched someone get set on fire
"Liking to be burned" (presumably on this or that select body part) is far removed from "whole-body immolation"...mostly, I imagine, because you can do the former to your heart's content, whilst the latter is pretty much a one-shot deal.
3:16 i definitely heard "hyperbolic" at first 😂
As per usual Shohreh Aghdashloo is brilliant in her role.
Wasn't expecting Lakshimi-12 but here she is
That's what i thought too!
The performance artist seems to be based on Marina Abramovich. I studied her in university and had to write an assignment on her. Some claim she has artistic talent, but they're confusing it with narcissistic masochism.
Fun fact: She voiced Admiral Shala'Raan in Mass Effect 2-3.
I've always liked Shohreh Aghdashloo's voice.
I was actually surprised 13 was on her side
Someone who was also dying made something of her time and she respects that
Though given her actress’ unsavory actions, it’s not surprising.
@@matthewriley7826 wait what do you mean??
i hope that's hugh's own handwriting on the whiteboard, very graffiti art.
well, that's deeply unsettling.
Shohreh Aghdashlou is a work of art!
You took an oath to be cool.
So that's what the Secretary General was doing before climbing the ranks.
Out of topic, I think it is a hand fan made in Indonesia from Batik fabric in 00:04
that looks cool
Ew
@@jonahs92why ew? It’s fascinating!
Lol, did they acctually made an episodr about Abramovic? XD shiet
Easily the greatest female actor of this era. She goes from vulnerable in this to an absolute beast in the expanse. Love her.
How is her hair that long after a few months of growth???
Wig?
She stole it
The dress cutting thing was done by Yoko Ono decades ago...
Carbon monoxide poisoning that ONLY affected her? in a room full of people? No.
We got the AC mirage Lady right here
She is the villain in Ms Marvel!
"She's a genius. She just won the MacArthur, legally proving it."
One can be a genius and an idiot at the same time.
(And I'm not talking about idiot-savant. Although, ... that too. But I mean a different kind of idiot.)
I always thought 13 had more sense than that - the way she dealt with a personal prob of a friend, I thought, was pretty "right on." 👋🙂
Some forms of lost media are never truly lost, like The Elephant Show.
"Skinna-ma-rinky dinky-dink, skinna-ma-rinky doo, I choose you! Go, Dr. House!"
This is what people worry the clinical exam invigilator will be like
So this is what Madam President from The Expanse was up to before she took office.
I always mixed her up with the head of Mossad in NCIS, but that's not her. This actress was only in one episode of NCIS back in '11 - the same year as this episode of House
After house healed her she became the UN number 3, and defended earth by avoiding nuclear annihilation
Who even WANTS to set someone on fire for no reason like that? Why did NO ONE ELSE try to stop him?
She was the oracle in Percy Jackson!! I thought I recognized the voice!
i was in art club and took some art classes. i like to make things and paint. i think performance art is incredibly stupid
Art club is stupid
watching this back years later, still love the episode and also I KNEW I recognized the voice of Roshan from Assassin's Creed Valhalla/Mirage!!! It was bugging me the whole time thinking "I've heard that before"!
I know its sad but i just find this funny🤣
The intro song and style of video feel like it's from breaking bad.
This women is crazxy. Literally risking her life for a game.
But who knows, House took an oath to be cool
This is a thing that happened...the first few people were humane...then she began to get violated...
Oh cool she is the voice actor for the head of the FWC from destiny 1 and 2. It's interesting that her character in this TV show and the game are both insane.
10:19 I think House only said 2-3 'Good for You' to a patient 😅
One here
Second on Season 3 Episode 8 "Whac-A-Mole" to guest star Patrick Fugit
Admiral Shala'Raan vas Tonbay? Is that you?
What a crock ! That woman's insane. Art, really ? I love House when he's sarcastic : "See that thingamagee, next to the brainamabob ?" Cracks me up every time .
She sounds familiar...uhh...Mass Effect?
That's because she also voice acted for Shala'Raan vas Tonbay.
The Expanse
And Destiny
When the video got paused I thought the episode itself was being paused ROFL
Man I hate Modern Art, especially Modern Art Installations.
Okay as a fan of art. A lot of the performance and modern installation art are pure bs. No interesting ideas behind it, no originality and barely any technique. Just some cashgrabbing that everyone with less fame can do
This channel is good but there are getting way too many ads. In this clip alone I had 5 20 second unskippable ads.
Hey, thats Avasarala!
Where’s the elephant got to?
I thought you guys didnt post anymore :0
This was a good role for Thirteen. The show I mean. Epps too.
i can still only see her as Chrisjen Avasarala from the expanse heh.
I'm sorry but you don't just throw a 6,000 dollar camera into a bin like that.
Wow remember when we used to print webpages 😂
