Coming from a family of plumbers, electricians and hobby woodworkers, I have to say your video is on the simpler side of DIY but for people who are just starting out on DIY tasks, you explain everything in a clear and concise manner. Neil, mate. Why didn't you use the spirit level to draw a pencil line, then line the template up with the line and Frog tape it in place? If my dad had drilled holes like that without putting newspaper down first there would have been uproar from mum, brick dust all over the place!!!!
Haha yes to all of the above thanks. And rest assured I got it in the neck with both barrels from my daughter for not putting newspaper down for the brick dust which is now an exclusive red feature on the cream carpet!
