41. Mahavatar Babaji Gayatri Mantra- महावतार बाबाजी गायत्री मंत्र- Harmonium Notes

30th November 203 AD is considered as date of birth of Mahavatar Babaji, the ageless Saint who continues to live in Himalayas, retaining his youthful form for thousands of years. Paramhansa Yogananda in his epic ‘Autobiography of a Yogi’ has given a vivid report of how Mahavatar Babaji called one of his disciple Lahiri Mahasaya to Dronagiri Hill in Himalayas and how he blessed him with the secret science of Kriya Yoga, to fast track the spiritual journey of true seekers of all ideologies all over the world. He is considered as the Guru of all Gurus. He is reported to have helped Adi Shankaracharya, Jesus, Kabir, Raidas, Nanak, Sri Yukteswar Giri, Yogi Ramaiah, Marshall Govindan, Shri M and many other Saints achieve final liberation. Devotees over the ages have known him by different names such as Mahamuni, Babaji Maharaj, Maha Yogi, Trambak Baba, Shiva Baba, Baba Garib Nath Ji, Sri Guru Babaji, Nagraj Baba etc.
“Whenever any one utters with reverence the name of Babaji,” Lahiri Mahasaya said, “that devotee attracts an instant spiritual blessing.” ( Autobiography of a Yogi )

"Om Mahavatar Vidmahe,
Satguru Devaya Dheemahi,
Thanno Babaji Prachodayat".
