Happy New Year, Bryan! I only have one question before I watch the documentary in a few hours……does the pilot STILL have their license/job? Thanks for all your endeavours and sharing with the world 🌍 ❤
Bryan motivates me a lot to give a fuck to my anxiety sysmptoms ,i usually have desrealization and a little bit of agoraphobia,it usually happens when i travel far away from my home,or if i end-up in the middle of a very larger crowed street,if i can i allways try to limit myself.... it would be nice of him if he could do some studies about "brain rejuvanation" or even a full video about anxiety manajement for longevity !

After I met Bryan, I decided to stop drinking. At 25 years old, I realized that alcohol can mess up the bacteria in our stomachs, kind of like how alcohol wipes kill bacteria without picking and choosing. Eating fermented foods and veggies helps keep things balanced. Since taking Bryan's advice, I've dropped about 15 kg and feel way healthier. My mood and energy levels have improved a lot too. Even though I can't buy everything recommended by the Blueprint program, I try to follow as much as I can and have noticed big positive changes. I've also tried to get my family involved by building healthier habits and keeping a positive attitude, focusing on making better choices together.

Bryan seems like such a good dude. He isn't in it for the money. I really like his positive attitude, and I think his program will help a lot of people. Keep it going, Bryan!
It's such a double edged sword. The idea of an entire world connected, where even an average person's ideas can be elevated to the national or global discussion based off their merit alone is so powerful. But in reality, the algorithms just promote the worst parts of us, where hateful content is pushed to the top, and the only ideas that are elevated are ones that have simple, catchy slogans that might be complete lies, while complex truths are hidden away in places where only a handful of people seem to be talking about them. I wish the internet stopped evolving around the early 2000's, where things like personal blogs and websites were king. Bryan, watching the old videos and pictures of you with your kids and the current interactions between you and Talmage on screen make it self-evident to everyone watching just how great of a dad you are. Amongst all of your brilliant traits and the humility with which you carry yourself the fact that you’re a great dad shines through all the time.
Good job, i recommend not counting the days, just realise you're a different person now and don't keep it in your mind I quit many substances ,now the worst i do when i feel down is i maybe eat some chips or too much fruit.
Hi Brian, I watched the Netflix documentary about you and was truly impressed. What you’re doing is groundbreaking and incredibly inspiring-not just for yourself but for humanity as a whole. Your dedication to pushing the boundaries of human health and longevity is remarkable, and I deeply admire your commitment to science and innovation. Thank you for sharing your journey so openly. I wish you all the best in your mission, and I look forward to seeing how your work continues to evolve and benefit the world. Keep up the amazing work!
Keep going, Bryan, and spread your message on all platforms. What you are doing is incredible, it's tremendously valuable and I can't belive you are giving out all of this for free. I've started exercising more, been on a caloric restricted diet because of you and I hope to one day film one of my youtube vlogs with you. 🙌🏾
I am fascinated with what you are doing. I love your brutal, honest honesty, sense of humor, and I love that you’re trying to be such a good father. You are an inspiration.
He looks 20, 30, 40, 45 all at the same time. Can tell he has a kind personality. One or both of cocoa and essential tablets improved my sleep. Looking forward to trying other products.
Super interesting guy. He strikes me as candid and authentic and not afraid to admit to "mistakes or failures". Love how self-effacing he is too. He seems to have a super dry wit about him too. On a separate note, he sounds different. I wonder if he's been working with an SLP? I always heard a slight lisp, for lack of a better word, in previous videos.
The only "social media" I do is commenting on TH-cam. I removed everything else from my life 2 years ago and haven't looked back. It's completely freeing. When my youngest child ( age 7) said, "what's Facebook?" to someone, I was so happy! Win
Like you I have no social media presence apart from commenting on You Tube. I have no channel myself so it's a one way street and I remain anonymous which is how I like it! No posting cat photos or what I'm eating, thank God!
I like what Bryan says about the haters at 7:15 . He should use his envious haters as motivational fuel, to continue his pursuit, to live forever. I admire his relationship, he has, with his son, Talmage. They are so lucky, to have each other.
It's so easy for people to criticize, but as someone who never got to know my father because he didn't want to be part of my life, I really admire Brian's resolve to involve his son in the things that matter to him. I spent a lot of my early years aimless because I didn't have a guiding hand to push me towards meaningful things, but Brian is right there for his son. That's a beautiful thing.
I love the documentary, so touching, authentic and I love your vulnerability. I'm really inspired by who you are, such a kind, loving, generous soul. Blessings!
@@jm7804 well, looking around kind of people that can actually "touch" Bryan : they all are millionaire-class. So maybe, you are right ( I wish ), but let's say, big money are in hands of those people, which I guess Bryan is trying to have attention... When you have everything like King of China in dynasty age, all you want is immortality 🤷♂️ It's obvious to resist the natural reset that may put your soul back into a poor people 🤣 But again, let's say, the other way ( the actual less-selfish & wise way ) to be reborn again in fulfillment state, is to help society develop into a peaceful time, so no one need to worry about wealth & health. And every soul reborn into the world can live in harmony with each other.
Bryan, this was an incredibly candid look into your private life, and it felt like one of the most honest Q&A sessions I've ever seen. I appreciate you sharing with us!
Hey Bryan, I just watched the documentary and feel even more convinced to be a fan. I admire your openness, vulnerability, and motivation. You definitely have fans in Germany :) Let them talk and keep doing what you’re doing!
The discussion around what affects positive/negative perception and what triggers acceptance when Bryan is trying to communicate his findings is fascinating.
I was married to a guy who was all about survival. He just ended up putting out one dumpster fire after another. Don’t Die is different. I like Don’t Die because there is a plan and data and putting a positive future as a priority.
I've been following him for over a year now with a curious and open mind, he's always very interesting to listen to. I particularly liked his answer about haters and the aesthetics side of it all. People who attack him on looks are missing the point, but we obviously live in a society where looks are everything. People would rather look "hot" than healthy... Simple as that.
What a beautiful human being! This video has made me appreciate Bryan even more so thank you for this interview. Wishing you all the best, Bryan-the amazing dad!
Some facts from me, an anthropologist - Alcohol has been around as long as what we think of as society and for long periods of time, in many locations all over the world it was the only source of drinkable fluids that wouldn't kill you. Some scientists believe our non-human ancestors were even getting drunk off of fermented fruit but definitely our oldest human ancestors who had access to grain were drinking alcohol they might have made on accident at first. Everything from commerce to politics happened because of alcohol and usually while very very drunk. The Atlantic slave trade and the American Civil War both had a lot to do with alcohol. It would be an amazing transition for humanity to move away from it as much as possible.
One thing I never thought of in the context of Don’t Die... I'm 40. As I get older, I find that age gaps matter less in relationships. If we're not going to die, we'll reach a point where age gaps don't matter.
definitely‼️ My man is 15 years younger, but I always get told by everyone I look like I'm in my mid twenties 🥳 🎉 Not smoking, drinking or engaging in crazy behavior really helped a lot
I think the way Talmage presents himself and expresses himself as a person reflects the influence Brian Johnson has had on his son, showing the world that Brian Johnson is an awesome dad.
I loved this video so much. What I've learned: 1. Very interesting point about relationships and reputation. Yeah being public person is complicated. 2. Bryan Johnson is such a great speaker. I really loved how he narrated his death near cituations. Furthermore, he is just a precise person. I love it. 3. Never would've thought that he knows how to fly. I maybe want to try it too? 4. Just reminded of some things such as: he is a person just like me and it's sort of freeing? The acceptance of that the worst person you may imagine is just you with differnet scenario just as the greatest person you may imagine let's rather use goodest. Mhm, so prompt what you think your scenraio of life looked like and how does it loook now and how you want scenario too look life. Thank you. MOLODES
I am grateful to be alive at the same time as Bryan - his journey is remarkable and inspiring. He definitely inspired me to take care of myself and stay healthy.
Every chance I get I’m singing your praises. You truly are a gift to mankind. At the end of this interview, you spoke about how you think people do not know what a great Dad you are. I am going to disagree with your statement. I DO think people know you are an excellent Dad. Yes I do see your interactions with your Talmadge probably more than people who do not follow you, but honestly Bryan, it only takes a few minutes to see the truths about whom you are. One of which is: you are an AWESOME Dad! Caring for you tremendously, Tamara Jo
Do you address psychological/mental factors of aging? Stress and childhood trauma and the like? I’d be interested in how these affect aging markers too
I love Brayan . I love the fact that he doesn’t care about what the haters are saying. I honestly think he’s changing the world for the best. He seems very genuine and kind person . Can’t wait to see him in the summit.
20:50 whenever you are not fully happy, questions like this come up, but when you are happy, you don't ask yourself about the meaning of life. This is the evidence that happiness is the meaning of life, so we should build a big dyson-sphere that is happy
I love Brayan . I love the fact that he doesn’t care about what the haters are saying. I honestly think he’s changing the world for the best. He seems very genuine and kind person . I also love how he’s so close to his children. He seems to be an amazing father. I love the fact that he helps his own father with his health issues. I secretly wish that I could introduce his dad to my nurse mom she’s amazing when it comes to living healthy. Can’t wait to see him in the summit. Keep up with the amazing work that you’re doing and thank you for your generosity and sharing all the information with the world.
"I'm always in the middle of five books" - hahaha, me too!! It's so nice to know I'm not the only one who does that. People seem to think it's okay to watch 5 tv shows simultaneously, but whenever you tell them you're reading more than 2 books at the same time they don't get it. They think you're being a weirdo or you're making it up to impress them for some reason
I watched the documentary, and I absolutely loved it. Thank you for inspiring me to be a better person-both physically and spiritually. You set an example of how to live true to your words and values. For me, you’re one of the most inspiring people of our time. Greetings from little Estonia, and I wish for all your dreams to come true!
I would absolutely love to have a long conversation with Bryan. I know the feeling when you are enjoying your own mind and feel comfortable being alone.
Bryan, there is one topic I want you to talk about: Testosterone Are you still taking it, isn't it dangerous even tough you need it because of the calorie deficit?
He isn't still taking it. He increased his calorie intake and his testosterone went back up. I still would be interested in him doing a deep dive on the topic because mens testosterone levels are plummeting. Low testosterone destroys men.
I honestly admire your resilience against social media BS. Like the fat in the face thing or the other guys wife offer. Just know that there are also the other types of ppl out there but they usually stay quiet. Keep it coming. I find it very motivating.
I’d be interested to hear how Bryan balances a totalizing mission like Don’t Die/living from a 25th Century perspective with being a good dad in the present. As a dad I feel like this twilight between “normalcy” and the fast-encroaching super-strange future is a weird and confusing time to have kids.
I wanted to hate on this guy, but once I saw a video of his, I just think he is awesome and genuine. He's doing something amazing and we can all benefit from it.
@@stormlord121 Because most of the rich people on this planet use their wealth for their own self indulgence. Life is hard, and they benefit directly from the hard work of other people, but never give anything meaningful to humanity except another useless thing to buy, and they get applauded for it. He's actually using his wealth to take a stand for humanity, and trying to do it in a way that even the common man benefits from it. If I just heard some rich guy wants to live forever, it's like "Of course you do, so you can enjoy being the lottery winner forever" but he wants to do it for EVERYONE, so that we can all have better, healthier lives.
@@ernestor5440 They do when their wealth is a direct result of the labor of others. You know what a CEO is without employees? Nothing. And besides, that philosophy is simple minded. Human beings are not, nor have they ever been, solitary creatures. The only reason we survived is because of cooperation and selflessness. We owe each other something because no one survives without everyone else. This is even more emphasized in the modern day. Every item you own, every food that you eat, every piece of clothing you wear, took tens of thousands of people across the entire world working together. If the world adopted your whole "No one owes anyone anything, be independent etc" philosophy we'd still be living in caves. The unique trait of human beings is our ability to overcome our baser animalistic instincts. You're, for some reason, wanting to go back into the mud. Learn to evolve. Your very existence means you owe other people dearly.
Here i am sitting, i don’t drink at any point in the year. Last night i made an exception. Let me tell you, my year didn’t start great! Remember what poison this is, my body shut down and everything wanted out. I’m so glad i can’t take alcohol

in end Bryan your true legacy will be those who left behind and how impacted their lives. bet 100 or 1000 years from now. xD its not easy, all we can do is keep trying our best to be best fathers to our children. you are an inspiration. Pray GOD richly blesses you and your family.
TBH, what you do, is extreme, definitely. But I tried to take everything you do, simplify it, and it just works. I sleep better, exercise more, and just feel better, so keep inspiring people the way you do!
Bryan, the movie… I watched, I cried, I cried a little more and wow!!! I liked you before and like you now even more!! 🥹 Made lots of notes and will make small consistent changes to my lifestyle
The most authentic influencer! He just never explained the real trigger to start all this after 40+ years of an average diet, exercise, lifestyle. Sth strong triggered him 🤔
Please do this with the female body. There is not as much research done on our bodies as we are more complex. Especially with menopause and beyond. And we suffer greatly from the lack of knowledge.
His thing on LOOKS is true for a lot of people. And it sucks. It would be nice if people didn't look at your looks and get hung up on them and instead looked at, idk, your wisdom, what you were trying to teach people, your tenacity, your heart, your genuine kindness towards people, etc. But yea, people are SO STUCK on the outside and what it looks like, sometimes they can't get past that to see what is actually important. I've been following him pretty much since he started his YT up and he seems like a genuinely NICE guy, but he has a lot to offer people, if they would just listen.

146 days alcohol free and healthy eating (1 month following this) lost 30lbs, perfect bloodwork, liver from early cirrhosis to perfect…better life 🤙🏼
Good job, i recommend not counting the days, just realise you're a different person now and don't keep it in your mind
I quit many substances ,now the worst i do when i feel down is i maybe eat some chips or too much fruit.
@ each day is a miracle I count my miracles. It’s always in my mind no matter what, tough it shut that off
Nice job bud. And you didn't mention it but I imagine you feel incredibly better mentally and physically
Hi Brian,
I watched the Netflix documentary about you and was truly impressed.
First day of new year and I cried for Bryan . Want him to succeed in whatever . Even if not , he is already leading a morally sound life . God bless .
Yes, he chooses to live vegan 💪🏽🌱
Would be awsome to have a friend like Bryan!!❤ We need more people like him!😊
Its a movement. Dont just say we need more people like him. Become one yourself
Im not old, but im now at the age where im starting to listen to this guy's teachings, knowledge, and views of health to save the rest of my life
I am fascinated with what you are doing.
The results speak for themselves Bryan, the moment you're best friend of your kid, you did it well. You're a good dad.
This was a beautiful Q&A, Bryan. Thank you! ❤
All the Best in 2025! 🎉🥳
Life is meaningful because without life meaning doesn’t even exist. Life in of itself is meaning.
I swear you're my soul mate not in a relationship way but mentality way ! This is outstanding!
The farm in the forest, growing food, sounds majestic, freeing, and life- and planet-sustaining.
The only "social media" I do is commenting on TH-cam. I removed everything else from my life 2 years ago and haven't looked back. It's completely freeing. When my youngest child ( age 7) said, "what's Facebook?" to someone, I was so happy! Win
Keep it up queen 💪
That is fantastic. I'm very similar. I rarely ever use Facebook, only to follow some FB groups that interest me. Other than that, I only use TH-cam.
Like you I have no social media presence apart from commenting on You Tube. I have no channel myself so it's a one way street and I remain anonymous which is how I like it! No posting cat photos or what I'm eating, thank God!

Btw.: My beloved book ❤️
I don’t think you lost anything, skinny ginger Brian looked great too
And your Endeavour is worthy of respect and appreciation
Blessings!
"People care about Sex, Power, Status"
Yeah, ppl don't deserve Bryan.
but when you talk about sx, power, and status those same ppl call you shallow and vain
That's an interesting comment, as the vast majority of the population has none of those things.
@@jm7804 well, looking around kind of people that can actually "touch" Bryan : they all are millionaire-class.
So maybe, you are right ( I wish ), but let's say, big money are in hands of those people, which I guess Bryan is trying to have attention...
When you have everything like King of China in dynasty age, all you want is immortality 🤷♂️ It's obvious to resist the natural reset that may put your soul back into a poor people 🤣
But again, let's say, the other way ( the actual less-selfish & wise way ) to be reborn again in fulfillment state, is to help society develop into a peaceful time, so no one need to worry about wealth & health. And every soul reborn into the world can live in harmony with each other.
@@jm7804that’s why people want those things.
You’re the reason I started posting on my channel documenting myself giving up all of my bad habits. Thank you!!
So thankful for Bryan and the blueprint protocol. Been waiting a decade for this!
The discussion around what affects positive/negative perception and what triggers acceptance when Bryan is trying to communicate his findings is fascinating.
Please don’t ever go the path of the off-the-grid farm Bryan. We need your light in the world. 🙏
Honestly, you’re super talented. Keep sharing more!

We need more fathers answering final questions like you Bryan
If we're not going to die, we'll reach a point where age gaps don't matter.
definitely‼️ My man is 15 years younger, but I always get told by everyone I look like I'm in my mid twenties 🥳 🎉
Not smoking, drinking or engaging in crazy behavior really helped a lot
😂😂 this isn’t true. A 25 year old young lady has less in common with a 45 year old man and as he ages it will become more obvious.
I think the way Talmage presents himself and expresses himself as a person reflects the influence Brian Johnson has had on his son, showing the world that Brian Johnson is an awesome dad.
😂 the message to the haters is on point. I like Bryan's personality. ♥️ you're a great dad and a great son. Please no more flying. 🙏
I loved this video so much. What I've learned:
Thank you. MOLODES
The way you recontextualized what Camus had said just changed my life
I am grateful to be alive at the same time as Bryan - his journey is remarkable and inspiring. He definitely inspired me to take care of myself and stay healthy.
I have never clapped at the end of any documentary before this.
I swear i wont die. I put my life on it
thats funny
ha
Do you address psychological/mental factors of aging? Stress and childhood trauma and the like? I’d be interested in how these affect aging markers too
I love Brayan . I love the fact that he doesn’t care about what the haters are saying. I honestly think he’s changing the world for the best. He seems very genuine and kind person . Can’t wait to see him in the summit.
His last answer is very moving, to me. A genuine soul...
Really enjoyed this. Thank you for sharing this with us, Bryan.
So proud of you Bryan and thank you for persevering so much.
You a true MVP and after the documentary I realised what a great father you are
20:50 whenever you are not fully happy, questions like this come up, but when you are happy, you don't ask yourself about the meaning of life.
Saw the Netflix doc! Nice to see more personal side of yours family! Keep up the good work
"I'm always in the middle of five books" - hahaha, me too!!
Bryan Johnson as president: Sugar? Illegal! Alcohol? Illegal! Smoking? very illegal!! xD
I would absolutely love to have a long conversation with Bryan. I know the feeling when you are enjoying your own mind and feel comfortable being alone.
Thanks for all that you do Bryan! My life has changed for the better because of your work and information you’ve shared!!
I really love how honest and down to earth you are Bryan 🙏🏼
finally someone nice and responsible
Bryan Johnson for President!! Love that!
Bryan, there is one topic I want you to talk about: Testosterone
Are you still taking it, isn't it dangerous even tough you need it because of the calorie deficit?
He said he stops taking it on mpmd podcast
wasn't it growth hormone?
Why would you "want" to hate on someone?
@AbadonBIack nobody owes you anything bud, grow up and 90% of the things you ranted about aren't true anyway
@@AbadonBIack Nobody owes you anything, you live your life and form your own path
We know your a good dad with how your son interacts with you when he's been in camera❤
Everything Bryan says is what I say and have for many years so he’s my kinda people. But it truly is what he says “the most unrelatable person in the room” and I’m always okay with that because I look and feel and behave the best in any room as well. 🥰🧚🏻♀️
So grateful for all that you do!
I watched your videos already for quite some while, and was impressed by the documentary! Keep up the good work!
Can’t wait for the docu! I plan on quitting alcohol from here on out! 🎉
in end Bryan your true legacy will be those who left behind and how impacted their lives. bet 100 or 1000 years from now. xD its not easy, all we can do is keep trying our best to be best fathers to our children. you are an inspiration. Pray GOD richly blesses you and your family.
TBH, what you do, is extreme, definitely.
But I tried to take everything you do, simplify it, and it just works.
I sleep better, exercise more, and just feel better, so keep inspiring people the way you do!
So proud of you Bryan and thank you for persevering so much.
You a true MVP
The last response was so moving. Thank you for including this.
Sth strong triggered him 🤔
I love that you're into South Park too. I had a feeling we share the same humour from your other videos.
Really love your drive to be a great father, I think it's really telling how good of a father you are with your public relationship with Talmage
Please do this with the female body. There is not as much research done on our bodies as we are more complex. Especially with menopause and beyond. And we suffer greatly from the lack of knowledge.
This video is fire, love how unique it is!
You’re so inspiring I’m making a video series doing your routine in a budget friendly way. I’m so glad I’ve found your channel!
Wow 🎉 looks so much younger here. Bravo!
Bryan is my hero.
I just finished watching Netflix documentary. Bryan is more human to me now. And I like his sense of humor so much 😂 Greetings from Poland ❤
