Bryan motivates me a lot to give a fuck to my anxiety sysmptoms ,i usually have desrealization and a little bit of agoraphobia,it usually happens when i travel far away from my home,or if i end-up in the middle of a very larger crowed street,if i can i allways try to limit myself.... it would be nice of him if he could do some studies about "brain rejuvanation" or even a full video about anxiety manajement for longevity !

After I met Bryan, I decided to stop drinking. At 25 years old, I realized that alcohol can mess up the bacteria in our stomachs, kind of like how alcohol wipes kill bacteria without picking and choosing. Eating fermented foods and veggies helps keep things balanced. Since taking Bryan's advice, I've dropped about 15 kg and feel way healthier. My mood and energy levels have improved a lot too. Even though I can't buy everything recommended by the Blueprint program, I try to follow as much as I can and have noticed big positive changes. I've also tried to get my family involved by building healthier habits and keeping a positive attitude, focusing on making better choices together.

The more I watch Bryan, the more I respect him. A chill, unjudging man who welcomes criticism as opportunity to learn and improve. The way he viewed criticism of his looks as an opportunity to learn that looks are used as a proxy for the effectiveness of his 'Don't Die' protocols was brilliant.

In 2024 I founded a foundation called ‘Sto Lat w Zdrowiu’ (100 Years in Health) to address our country’s low life expectancy. ‘Sto Lat’ is a song we sing on birthdays, but few think about actually living to 100. It's such a double edged sword. The idea of an entire world connected, where even an average person's ideas can be elevated to the national or global discussion based off their merit alone is so powerful. But in reality, the algorithms just promote the worst parts of us, where hateful content is pushed to the top, and the only ideas that are elevated are ones that have simple, catchy slogans that might be complete lies, while complex truths are hidden away in places where only a handful of people seem to be talking about them.
I wish the internet stopped evolving around the early 2000's, where things like personal blogs and websites were king. You shared full length articles/analysis instead of just headlines, and people had to put a lot of effort in to stand out instead of just having an attractive/controversial profile.

Nobody should be on social media unless they use it to generate money for themselves in my humble opinion.. it's extremely destructive and addictive. Trust me, I used to be all over it and then I went cold-turkey and quit everything (except TH-cam). My life became 1000x better and more peaceful.. there was NOTHING wrong with the way we used to live in the 70's or 80's for example before phones, social media, widespread internet usage etc.

I've been following him for over a year now with a curious and open mind, he's always very interesting to listen to. I particularly liked his answer about haters and the aesthetics side of it all. People who attack him on looks are missing the point, but we obviously live in a society where looks are everything. People would rather look "hot" than healthy... Simple as that.

Some facts from me, an anthropologist - Alcohol has been around as long as what we think of as society and for long periods of time, in many locations all over the world it was the only source of drinkable fluids that wouldn't kill you. Some scientists believe our non-human ancestors were even getting drunk off of fermented fruit but definitely our oldest human ancestors who had access to grain were drinking alcohol they might have made on accident at first. Everything from commerce to politics happened because of alcohol and usually while very very drunk. The Atlantic slave trade and the American Civil War both had a lot to do with alcohol. It would be an amazing transition for humanity to move away from it as much as possible.

One thing I never thought of in the context of Don’t Die...

I loved this video so much. What I've learned:
    1. Very interesting point about relationships and reputation. Yeah being public person is complicated.
    2. Bryan Johnson is such a great speaker. I really loved how he narrated his death near cituations. Furthermore, he is just a precise person. I love it.
    3. Never would've thought that he knows how to fly. I maybe want to try it too?
    4. Just reminded of some things such as: he is a person just like me and it's sort of freeing? The acceptance of that the worst person you may imagine is just you with differnet scenario just as the greatest person you may imagine let's rather use goodest. Mhm, so prompt what you think your scenraio of life looked like and how does it loook now and how you want scenario too look life.

Life is hard, and they benefit directly from the hard work of other people, but never give anything meaningful to humanity except another useless thing to buy, and they get applauded for it. He's actually using his wealth to take a stand for humanity, and trying to do it in a way that even the common man benefits from it.

@@ernestor5440 They do when their wealth is a direct result of the labor of others. You know what a CEO is without employees? Nothing.
And besides, that philosophy is simple minded. Human beings are not, nor have they ever been, solitary creatures. The only reason we survived is because of cooperation and selflessness. We owe each other something because no one survives without everyone else. This is even more emphasized in the modern day. Every item you own, every food that you eat, every piece of clothing you wear, took tens of thousands of people across the entire world working together.
If the world adopted your whole "No one owes anyone anything, be independent etc" philosophy we'd still be living in caves. The unique trait of human beings is our ability to overcome our baser animalistic instincts. You're, for some reason, wanting to go back into the mud. Learn to evolve. Your very existence means you owe other people dearly.

His thing on LOOKS is true for a lot of people. And it sucks. It would be nice if people didn't look at your looks and get hung up on them and instead looked at, idk, your wisdom, what you were trying to teach people, your tenacity, your heart, your genuine kindness towards people, etc. But yea, people are SO STUCK on the outside and what it looks like, sometimes they can't get past that to see what is actually important.
I've been following him pretty much since he started his YT up and he seems like a genuinely NICE guy, but he has a lot to offer people, if they would just listen.
