    Great review ! I have one but , I'm old and it gets uncomfortable in my legs ( like you said ) . I'm really interested in getting a Yamaha MT-10 SP , if I can ever find one ! Do you think it's a good choice ? Thanks

    • @MOTOUK1
      @MOTOUK1  ปีที่แล้ว

      The Yamaha is a great bike, cons would be MPG as its an R1 engine. Comfort is ok but not the best for long distance tours. Suspension is the best ever. But ergonomics seat position, legs is very good

    Great review. You mentioned that its uncomfortable on motorways. You can get adjustable foot pegs that im sure will improve the riding position, making it more comfortable for touring. No bike is perfect!

    Hello sir. Would u take it over the rs660? Wind wise, comfort wise. They say rs660 is almost as comfy and with better wind protection. I m 6"4 and 100 kg and i suspect clipons would help me get more comfortable due to my size. Thank you

    • @MOTOUK1

      RS660 is more cramped riding position. I am 6’2 ft tall and 90kg. So I wouldn’t take the RS660 but I would wait and take the newly announced Triumph Daytona 660 being announced January 9th

    • @MOTOUK1
      @MOTOUK1  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi 👋 So the 660 Tuono may feel a little down on torque low down compared to the Shiver 750 as you need to be in the 5000rpm for it to start singing. Both bike are comparable on BHP though, thats the only thing performance wise you will notice oh and the Tuono handles better

      Hi 👋 as far as I am aware the foot brake is same place relevant to the foot rest just set a little further back due to more sportier position but I hear you as I found the brake to be too far inward next to the engine casing. Similar on the tuono too

    another brilliant machine in the 660 stable, for 10k they are a snip, favour the RS lava red and comes with the quick shifter as I think all bikes will have in a few years, sounds and moves when giving it some beans, I don't think I would trust myself on a V4, really love these Aprillia's.

    Considering trading my 2018 GSX-R 1000R for a naked. I hate to say it, but after 23 years of riding I’m growing weary of riding in a tuck all the time, and the Suzuki has far more power than I’ll ever use on conventional roadways. I had an RSV4, and I love the way Aprilia builds their motorcycles… I just don’t know if the 660 packs enough punch for me. Any thoughts?

      I understand you, I did the same thing a while back went from ZX10R to a 1100 Ducati monster EVO, never looked back and had comfy naked bikes ever since 👍 the 660 tuono feels like a 900cc bike lots of power and sounds amazing. You may find you miss the power of the 1000cc I went for an MT10SP due to this and 4 years on would not sell her.

    Acid gold looks like one of the artists coughed up flem and was like "yeah, that's it, that's the color" or aprilia was like "Aldo! We need that 3rd color, what's keeping you amico? Are you high? Is that why you're so lazy? Here's a piss test, we need to test you" then Aldo made the 3rd color his piss out of spite.

    I heard RS660 has flat spot on middle of rpm range where standard tuono660 has 5hp less but better midrange with a different mapping. I wonder how is Tuono660 factory, since seems like it has RS mapping with 100hp.

    • @MOTOUK1

      No flat spot noticed while I had it for 2 weeks and having ridden both bikes you cannot really tell the 5hp difference as the rear sprocket is also up on teeth on the tuono over the RS660
