We, at our home, keep receiving mail sent to our father, who died in 2019! I personally went to the city clerk and made sure his and our mom’s names were removed from the voter roll. Why would his name still be sent donation requests from many candidates, no matter that I constantly write back and spend stamp money to tell them that Dad died at 100 years of age in 2019?!

*Federal Law dictates how a word sounds, not how it's spelled, in recognizing that word.
*For example, if you have a Trademark and another company tries to use your Trademark by simply changing the spelling, without affecting how it sounds, they are in violation of Federal Trademark Law.
*The point is that it's not vital how a word is spelled as long as it's phonetic pronunciation indicates it's meaning.

The Constitution provides every legitimate citizen a vote, not more than a vote, not less than a vote.
