In this video I make a segmented vase with one thousand segments to celebrate my channel reaching 1000 subscribers. I used an angle grinder to power carve the wooden vase blank with 1000 pieces that i made. to make the segmented blank, I used a variety of tools include my tablesaw, bandsaw, planer, and drum sander. This was my first time trying power carving and i really enjoyed it!

Thanks Bob Bob. The hobby is finally starting to pay for itself, which is really nice because I can justify buying new tools! I don't plan on giving up any time soon haha 🙂

Very cool idea! I was expecting you to put it on the lathe to be honest, but carving seems a great way to go as well.

Thanks! I was considering using a lathe, but I thought it would be fun to try out using an angle grinder. Thanks for watching and commenting as usual good sir!
