So glad you love HB! It's such a sanity saver! It helped us through the 4 month sleep regression. Whenever we get off track we track for a few days and we're back! We only did two sleep analysis - one to start and then one to follow up- but we're always ready to sign back up if we need one! We reccomend it to everyone especially new parents like we were.

I will say my youngest hasn’t been the world’s best napper, but we are so happy to have all the kids be awesome nighttime sleepers! Even through teething, leaps, shots, and traveling. We didn’t really do “sleep training”, but I understand why it’s so so helpful for so many families! I love that you did this instead of the PDF you’re speaking of, which I’m assuming is the popular one that starts with “Taking Care...” 😉 love you honestly and your channel! Thank you for being so informative about your experience 💜

Downloaded the app and the sweet spot was spot on for bedtime. Used your code for the $10 sleep plan. Information overload from various sleep training methods that are basically very similar and hoping a customized plan will help.

Thanks for this! My baby is just about two months….. I’m still waiting for my analysis. Im struggling at night and during the day with consistency. I’m curious if your schedule gave you predictions for night time?

Hugs momma, I know it’s beyond exhausting! Yes! It does nap time and bedtime. Huckleberry was pure gold in getting her to sleep better!

What PDF are you referencing? Is it available to download somewhere? Thank you!

It’s a PDF that’s part of a sleeping course you pay for. You wouldn’t be able to download it unless you pay for it or someone shares it with you

Does this app work for 4 year olds who won’t sleep in the room by themselves !?

I’m not sure but maybe you could send their customer service an email to see if they’d still recommend it for that she?

I am a true proponent of sleep training! This sounds pretty similar to Ferber method, however of course the time limit of 15 minutes. I never read Ferber's book but I used this method starting at 4 months for naps and bedtime. I did it without a pacifier only because I wanted her to be able to self soothe and we sleep trained my son with pacifier and he kept the pacifier to beyond the age of 2 and almost to age of 3. We weren't super consistent because while I worked overnight my husband would give pacifier and not really still to plan. At almost 2 weeks, she has been sleeping 9-10 hours consistently (no night awakenings or feedings). Would is the recommendation for night awakenings? When do you feed versus letting her soothe herself? I feel like the night awakenings are the hardest.

She goes every 3 hours for eating so I know if that timer isn’t up, it isn’t it. Also I know that if she was trying to eat, she definitely would not self soothe to eat bc she loves eating lol. That may take some reflection on your baby specifically. I’m sure she has her own feeding cues! They did say that if she did wake completely from hunger and we had to go in we could feed her. But lights had to be turned on and she could not fall asleep while eating. That way they didn’t use it as a way to go to bed!

@@MommaAlia Yes, yes I understand. Well my daughter would wake up and eyes would still be closed, so I didn't go in. In the beginning when I did feed her she would not have a full feeding and fall asleep so I knew she wasn't hungry. I know she is hungry when her eyes are completely open. This usually around 5 or 6 am.
