“If you apply for senior or leadership position, you should have experience to back you up”
For someone has years of experience, it makes sense. But for someone only has 1-2 YOE and looking for early career position in AMZN, how to prepare this LP?
If you are a junior-level professional, you would still use examples of what you have done in your early industry experience. Amazon also hires fresh out of college based on degree and academic projects relating to the role.

Hello Holly, Is it reasobale to reiterate the same story for a certain project from one leadership question to another? For example, if I have completed a major project for our largest customer in record time. I made our customers happy and maximized company's profit. I'm trying to fit this into customer obsession and deliver results. Thank you.
Don't focus on the LPs tying to your stories; the other way around. Focus on answering the question, then, ask yourself, which LPs is your answer tied to? Take a look at all my Amazon LPs playlist - there are 4!

I have seen 3/4 of her videos. Unfortunately, doesn't provide more information than whats already available. Many provide more information and give examples which helps as a guidline.
