Hi Holly, Thank you so much for sharing these video. I found sometimes, one question can use 2 or 2 above leadership rule for the answers. For example, in your this video, you focused on Big Think and Dive Deep, however, the practice question: give me a time when you took a big risk, how did you decide to do and what was the outcome? I think, I may use my answer for Bias for Action for this question as well. Another practice example in this video: an example when you went above and beyond to deliver for a customer? I may use "Deliver results" example for answering this question as well. My hardest thing is, sometimes, we cannot identify the interviewer's questions were under which principles, so, it is hardly to capture the examining questions indicators and purposes.
If you’re examples (answers) are good for each questions asked, you would have already met 70% of the LP. This is why I don’t focus all my coaching on the LP. Have you been to my free Tuesday coaching? The link is on the main page!

Indeed. The whole point of structuring with STAR is to guide you.
