i feels like if you're going to ID server you should always go with the shaders on, to give it's 200% impression. everything will be looking twice as nice, ollie's underwater subway still one of my favourite places in ID server. kept thinking that it's a bit of a shame on how everyone from another branches who goes in ID without shaders and how they missed the full potential of the true beauty of the server

Still remember when Subaru and Watame log in (despite its midnight in JP) just to help Moona and Iofi when they first time playing minecraft. Its such a long journey. My only wish is Watame will build her signature statue (like Watame Shogun) of ID girls in the server.
She's a former foreign exchange student, to Canada of all places tho, back in her earlier days her English was even better. She admitted her English got worse as she goes on her years in Holo and got better again with the additions of EN and ID members, now she was somehow on the middle, not too bad, not too good either.
I saw many EN members reacting to ID server, and despite how epic their reaction was, reactions from JP has always been so special, because back in the days, I remember the JP girls were the ones teaching the ID girls on how to do the basic things like... making crafting tables, since the ID girls was basically just starters at that point So seeing the JP girls being so amazed at what the ID girls accomplished today is just... it's just so sweet you know?

Now that I know why Subaru is so enthusiastic, I've been exploring to watch the MC's past. I found Iofi and Moona bar the first time playing this game, around late 2020. Then the one who helped the two of them was Subaru! Together with Watame, they introduced the initial MCs to Iofi and Moona. It's a very beautiful moment!

Technological-wise I don't think the JP server as a whole is really that behind or anything (Moona herself was also a part of the JP server), however a big difference is that people just kinda build whatever, where ever they like in JP. There's no planning and coupling that with the biggest player-base, it just ends up as this chaotic mega city vs ID's beautiful resort city appeal
