Ground beef is a staple at our house. It’s something that everyone will eat. I buy lots of ground beef especially when it’s on sale. I cook most of it and freeze it for quick meals. The other I freeze so I can use it for other things like meatloaf, burgers or something else. Thank you for sharing some more beef recipes.

I call that unstuffed peppers and if you add more broth it becomes unstuffed pepper soup; great way to use leftovers and reheats well for work lunch.
Yep, yep .. I make the unstuffed pepper soup all the time in the fall and winter. So so good. This recipe did call it Stuffed Pepper Skillet ❤️ but I was like it's unstuffed, lol ❤️🤣. Have a blessed day!

All the recipes were great but I really fancy the stuffed pepper skillet and the pizza casserole they looked so tasty. I'm restricted to the meals I make as I have a fussy hubby, don't get me wrong he will eat most things but nothing with cream cheese in or heavy cream, he prefers red sauces.Oh and I forgot, not a lot of cheese on top lol. Couple months ago I forgot my wallet at home and I was already at Walmart but I really wanted a snack. So I dug out all my change out of the car and had enough for those Walmart brand chili cheese Fritos and holy moly!!!!! They where unbelievably good! We love them more than the brand.

Hi I'm Elle Mae 😉 on my husband's account 40 yr marriage.. Your recipes are fantastic, fast and cheaper which we all could use help with right now.. I'll definitely be doing some if not all of them and definitely subbed the only thing I'd do different is I would sautée the onion's until browning... They all look like they satisfies I love that people are cooking with avacodo oil, and lots of beans especially black so good for you and definitely filling and again cheaper especially when you're not getting a lot of meat because the economy.. I know I sure don't get as much as before now especially good quality cut beef 💔🥺🇺🇲.

When I rinse my cheese, I just use a mesh strainer and then make sure I get all the water I can get out 🥰🥰

Poor bowl choices .... I cured mine when I got 6 anchor large glass bowls that nest within each other and sit on one shelf. I had down sized to smaller kitchen so I pared down stuff I really did not use or need.
