The following is just my opinion, worth what you paid for it. I have not tried the Grip6 belt. I have been tempted, but my intuition tells me that it is overly hyped. Even if it remains "rock solid" throughout the day, which I doubt, I often make small adjustments, and this design seems clumsy in that aspect. I was talking with a guy wearing one this week, and I did not care for it aesthetically. After trying every type of belt except for the Grip6, I prefer ratchet belts. I tried the Kore Essentials holster belt, which is similar to the Mission belt shown here, with no complaints. But the belt / buckle on which I finally settled comes from SlideBelts. I combine their Wide Buckle with their synthetic Survival Strap. I now have several combination of strap color and buckle finishes, always buying when they are on sale.
I bought a Grip 6 belt not happy with it, perhaps I should have bought the wider one but I just don’t like they the way it fells wrapped around me. It feels like it’s to thin. However the Grip 6 socks rock, they’re the best socks I’ve ever had!
FLEXIBILITY is the word.
Very expensive here in Australia !
The Ninja with the black element strap will work on formal attire or even better the carbon fiber dark matter paired with the black element strap.
Interesting Ill have to look that up, thanks
mine bulges out where the belt hooks in the buckle ... are people putting the belt on super tight or something to avoid this
that tends to fold down over time
@@loutwo ok . Thanks
What shirt are you wearing?
Carhartt Men's Loose Fit Heavyweight Long-Sleeve Pocket T-Shirt. Thy run really large, this is a size medium, im 5'8 175 pounds, and normally wear a large in most other shirt brands.

Does this belt stretch at all? Also is it stiff like a gun belt? Looking for something that has some stretch to it and that is not stiff like a gun belt because a gun belt just digs right into me.
its pretty flexible, not stiff at all, zero stretch, but very adjustable, it does not dig in like a gun belt, I know the feeling, I can carry a very small gun with this, but not anything more than about 14-18 oz.
@@loutwo ok great thanks just picked one up hopefully I like it!
You can buy the work belt at 1.75 width. Or the classic 1.5 with the medium weight straps.
@@loutwo The Grip6 belt strap does not stretch at all, but this is okay because the belt is infinitely adjustable and can be sized perfectly. It will fit just right and won't dig. Even the extra wide work/gun version is like this.
But if you carry a glock 19 on your belt you are best to go with a kore essential belt for the support and no roll. My grip6 is good but not great for carry.
I have two new belts ill be doing a review on, one is even more flimsy the other is stiff enough for a Glock 19
All of the ratchet belts I've had, the buckle falls apart while wearing it
Nice video, only @ 1:45 you refer to it as the "fit six belt" instead of its actual name, Grip6...so, ummm, yeah...there's that, lol...🙄
Nah ill stick with leather belt. Because it works.
unfortunate that it is too flimsy to hold my gun up
it will hold up to about about 18oz including holster, its not the best of that purpose, but with a small rig like an air weight J frame you will be fine, anything more you need something thicker.
Grip6 makes a wide work/gun version which should support a sidearm.
Thumbs down for the dark shirt worn.
