It's actually only the cards that were not at 3 in the Starter Decks! So you don't have to waste money on more SDs just to get full sets, the booster helps you complete them naturally!
Nope, this set only contains cards from the very first set in digital Shadowverse (Classic set). Ignis Dragon came in 22nd set in the digital game (Dawn of Calamity). Chances are good it will take a while for cards from first Anime to come to physical Shadowverse. Cards from the new Anime may come earlier though.

I still think the high rarities look really underwhelming. They should have a gold/rainbow border like in the game.
