Thank you for mentioning the flat green beans for Grandpa.😊 I think actually that's the kind my grandma liked too.
Yes Kim, please consider putting more cameras around your property especially since you travel so often. If you could put up a fence, that would be great too.
Good to know about cutting off the green tops on onions. I had mine all fall over. I also think my soil wasn't very good. It was one of the first things I planted.
You may need to put a fence around your fruiting tree area. My cousin had some fruit trees and the neighbor would wait till they got ripe and then come over when they were gone and harvest it first themselves. They talked to them and they still continued to do it. 😢
That’s so shameful, and rude!
My strawberry green stalk did the same thing when we were moving.😩so I started over in the empty cups and it looks wonderful now, so will your tomatoes. I just emptied my leaf green stalk of snap peas and couldn’t think of what to reseed and you gave me the idea! Collards! My son loves to cook collards and kale. Thank you Kim
Great video. I'll be back
Thanks for another video. So happy I found your channel. I'm also in Southwest Ohio and that encouraged me to buy my first GreenStalk using your coupon code. THANK YOU SO MUCH ❤
That is awesome! Please let me know if you have any questions. Email is the best way to reach me for a quicker response.
@@HangingwithKim Thank you for sharing your amazing videos and garden stories. Love them.
Cabbage grows beautifully in the greenstalk. I'm going to grow some in there again this year.
I’m sorry for your loss 😢. Now I’m going to double check I just moved my planter yesterday.
Thr peach issues sounds more like adults to me. I sorry it happened. I pray you are blessed with more than you lost.
I think you're right. Everyone is saying adults. I will invest in a fence and more cameras next year for sure!
Good Morning Kim
Good morning, my friend!
I have lived in Idaho most of my life (not currently) and we call them Idaho spuds. The best bakers or fries you will ever taste. I might be a little prejudice 😀
Thanks for sharing, Kim! Sorry to hear about your peaches 🍑!
I'm so very sorry this happened to you. Please do not be hard on yourself. It's frustrating how brazen people are (both adults and children). It's my hope that in the very near future, you'll be able to get some cameras and possibly a fence or barrier to deter others. And if it isn't humans collecting your harvest, that at least you can have those things to stop critters.
That's sad about the peaches. We need to figure this out.
Hi Ms. Kim, you have beautiful gardens and it’s a shame you working hard growing for not only you but for your family, friends, and neighbors, then someone have the nerve to take from you. They should have knocked and asked. Don’t worry God will give you double for your troubles. Hopefully some fence company will sponsor you so you can get you a fence in addition to cameras. You are truly blessed and God sees everything.❤ keep doing what you’re doing because it is paying off for you.
That's sad the same thing happened to me last year I had to put a camera in my garden outside my window I shared with the neighbors and then someone stole my squash.
❤ the video. You are an inspirational garden. 😊 keep it going.
Thank you. I will try my best! 😁
I’m sorry that happened with the peaches. People struggle with boundaries 😡. Don’t be to hard on yourself about the greenstalk- you have a lot on your plate and things happen. I really you sharing your experiences in the garden. I’ve learned a lot ❤
We to figure out what to do about the peach ninjad
Hmmm....someone stood there and picked aaaaall the peaches? That takes time...I'd talk to neighbors to find out what they've seen
When did you plant your carrots? I struggle with growing those, but hopefully I’ll give it a try again next year.
I had a peach tree and the squirrels 🐿️ ate EVERY LAST ONE. Surprisingly they did not waste them either they dropped all the clean pits for me
I think I’d put up an electric fence….I know it seems a bit extreme, but it won’t hurt anyone too much but will keep them (and critters) out??? I’m so sorry! Since there were none left, I would assume it was adults vs kids.
My tomatoes is just starting to grow , you have some nice tomatoes from a small garden growers in NewJersey.
I’m sorry you lost your peaches. Were the peppers you harvested from your overwintered plants or from the newly planted ones? I’m trying to gauge the peppers I have growing in my GS by yours so I know if they are progressing normally. I’m getting lots of banana peppers, but no bell, jalapeño, or Serrano peppers yet. They had some blooms, but never have set peppers. They look very healthy otherwise. Do they need more time and I’m just being impatient? I have some granular fertilizer that’s supposed to be good for flower & fruit production, but I wasn’t sure how to apply it now. With plants already growing in the pockets. Do I just sprinkle some on the top of each pocket and scratch it in? Wish I was your neighbor so I had a gardening mentor nearby. 😉
Kim, so sorry for your loss. But, it wasn't necessarily the 'kids' that cleaned your peach tree.
As one prepper says, you can't let everyone know what you are doing and what you've got. Another TH-cam creator that I follow found that out. And, another one moved to a different state to get away from family members and the friends that they hang with because he was hit big time.
Keep on gardening girlfriend.
Hi Kim
I have a question on the pepper Yellow Monster, I saw you harvesting some in one of your videos. My yellow monster has turned red from green, does it turn yellow after red?
The yellow monster turns from green to yellow. I'm afraid your seeds got mixed up. I'm so sorry
@@HangingwithKim That’s so annoying, it looks like the monster because it’s very long. There must be a red monster pepper 😀
Thank you for getting back to me, I appreciate it 🙏🏾
I can’t believe someone took your peaches, thats so messed up
Hi Kim! Are your lettuces heat tolerant?
Some are but not all.
Hopefully no one will ‘help’ themselves to any of your other veggies.
