I love this design! I think the green one looks almost like snake skin. You could also do this to make mermaid scales!

I would call it "dappled jungle" because the effect makes me think of when you look up at the sky through trees.

I love it when u do things like this. That's awesome that the foil design gel can be used so many different ways! I'd love it for you to do a video of just things like that-trying different ideas, & products ect. It would be fun to watch.😊 As for being worried that your videos will be too long,DON'T worry! Just a quite add I absolutely love chrome...I have a addiction probably about 50 including your pink one used here also my pink one is magnetic. I’m excited to see you using chrome. And after seeing you use the transfer gel I brought some and it’s awesome but never thought about using it with Chrome 👏🏼
I was surprised it did work as chromes don't work on gel polish but did on goil design gel which gives do many ideas for designs. Im definitely going to make more with this techniques
No I know chrome is fussy. Maybe with the tacky layer it stuck a little then a little rub it worked but yes you have now changed the game and unlock so many more designs 👏🏼 can’t wait to see what you have up your sleeve

i love these techniques! i did some a while back using a dark grey and a sort of greenish grey, and then a matte {sp?} topcoat. then i used a detail brush to outline like you would add highlights with a super platinum art gel...the shiny platinum over the matte "snakeskin" look was a Big contrast... But i really thought it turned out AMAZING!
But i REALLY like the bright colors you used! 💕💕💕
I have been using snake skin technique for greens and dark colours too. But I think it looks even better on the bright colours 🤗

Yes you can. I just find I can get better lines if the gel is highly pigmented (gel polish makes thicker lines) for chrome gel polish wouldn't work

🤗 thank you. No wipe top gel (high shine us best) 60sec cure then apply pigment. File free edge and reaply topcoat.
