You should use 90% alcohol to blend in stead of acetone.. it works a lot better. :)
My nail cleaner is just isopropyl alcohol :)
It's Haven, she DID use alcohol. She was showing us the many ways the effect is changed.

This is pretty, but using Sharpies and alcohol are exactly the same....just disolve Sharpie ink in alcohol...much cheaper... 😃

No idea 😂
Because it resembles the "blooming" effect when doing wet on wet flowers in watercolor painting.
