    [Ingredients]
    5 sheets of rice paper
    100g minced pork
    Pizza cheese (as needed)
    5 shiso leaves
    1/2 teaspoon grated garlic
    Salt and pepper (a little)
    Salad oil (as needed)
    [How to make]
    1. Add salt, pepper and grated garlic to the minced pork and mix well.
    2. Stack two sheets of rice paper and soak them in water for about 30 seconds, then place them on the bottom of the frying pan after allowing the oil to soak in.
    3. Spread the minced pork from step 1 thinly on the rice paper, cover with one sheet of rehydrated rice paper, and place pizza cheese and shiso leaves on top.
    4. Cover with two more sheets of rice paper.
    5. Place the frying pan on medium heat and cook for about 3 minutes.
    6. Once browned, flip and cook for another 3 minutes.
    7. Remove from the frying pan and cut into bite-sized pieces.
