Smee is an honorable mention? Even as a kid i refused to think of him as villanous, and he is the biggest dork. Should have been 2 or 1. And Iago is just as evil in the first film as Jafar, influencing several actions and being pretty malicious, serving as Jafar's goofy side. Its the sequels, done by other creators, where he apparently is less evil than Jafar.
I think Drizella wasn't completely evil. She was just too afraid to break Trimain's control and I can prove it by the look she had when Anastasia got a relationship with the baker.
I think we can all agree (And i know it's obvious by now) that Kronk is to nice and kind hearted to be working for the likes of someone like Yzma, in fact sometimes i wonder (But we'll never know) how someone as nice as Kronk ended up working for someone like Yzma.
Yzma hired him before she got fired. He was her man-servant. Just look at him, Yzma obviously didn't hire him for his personality, if you know what I mean.
Honestly, Yzma isn’t nice, shes an attempted murderer for goodness sake, but shes such a bad villain (and by bad i mean just bad at being evil she cant even succeed in killing a teenage boy) i think its a good fit that kronk is her sidekick (for humorous purposes mainly)
She was looking for someone brawny. Boy did she find that. It's a major plus that he also happens to speak squirrel. If she had stayed the Empress, that would've come in handy in negotiations with the woodlands.
Great job putting Meg and Kronk in the top 2! I mean, Kronk deserves no other place than 1st, and I'm glad you were able to recognize Meg as both a female lead _and_ a henchman because technically she is! Keep up the great work 💖💖💖
I like how they made LeFou a more sympathetic, three-dimensional, and way more intelligent character in the remake. In the original movie, he was blindly loyal and just as dastardly as Gaston.
In a way, I think even the original comes off as more cluelessly admiring than evil in his own right. But MsMojo didn't use the original version, although other picks here are also older movies and some without remakes.
And at first I thought, "Well, of course it would be Mrs. Potts who would tell LeFou (or anyone), that he's too good for Gaston." Of course, in my mind, Mrs. Potts is associated with Angela Lansbury. But thinking it over...she didn't tell Belle, "You're too good for him" when the Beast was still mean and spoiled.
Actually Sir Hiss was scared that God would strike them down. Take a look at the beliefs of that time. 4:09 "Hang Frier Tuck? A man of the church?" That was pure fear.

I think Captain Gantu fits this description. And to be more precise - the series and "Leroy and Stitch", where he worked for Dr. Hämsterviel. "He is not evil, however, but follows his orders in an admittedly ruthless manner and tends to take the rules too seriously." Throughout the series, he changed, becoming calmer and understanding, until in the last film he completely turned to the good side! I think Captain Gantu deserves attention 🖤 P.s. I don't consider anime "Stitch!" for canon, it looks like an alternative universe.

I’m surprised that: Phoebus isn’t listed here. He was long (for multiple minutes of the films runtime) affiliated with Frollo. When things go too far and Frollo's crimes increase in intensity and antagonistic levels, he realizes things went too far and wanted no part of Frollo's plan Fagin isn’t mentioned here as well. Similar to Phoebus, he quickly realizes the reality of Sykes plan and very quickly rejected any association with him or his plans.
Phoebus is the same as John Smith. Technically Phoebus wasn’t a true main character, but a side main character, considering he helped Quasimodo several times, including saving him from falling in the molten copper. John Smith was a main character as the love interest and was an actual villain at first considering he literally sings about how many Indians he’d kill as if they were trophies, and almost shot Pocahontas at their first encounter, she’s lucky he wanted to see who he was shooting before actually acting. Phoebus on the flip side didn’t like his reassignment, considering he gave Esmerelda her stolen money back, tried to intervene when Quasi was being humiliated at the Feast of Fools, and deliberately trapped her in Notre Dame to save her, and even defiled Frollo’s orders to burn an innocent family to death for suspicion of hiding gypsies.
Question: How exactly does *Pain* and *Panic* count? Sure, they're not completely loyal to their boss every now and again, but at the end of the day they don't turn against Hades completely and start their lives over...
Who thinks Helga Sinclair from Atlantis should have been on this list? She at least shows some concerned when finding out there's people in Atlantis, "There were not supposed to be people here, this changes everything." And unlike Rourke, she has some sense of honor; "You said we were in this together! You promised me a percentage!" Finally turning on Rourke, she's the one who brings down the balloon ship.
No she was originally going to be the villain in the sequel. Yes she does feel a bit bad because Atlantis isn’t dead but thriving, but she literally screamed at Rourke for attempting to kill her. Plus the flare she shot at the balloon was aimed at his head, not to save Atlantis
@@kristinahuchison2511 He was Frollo's captain as the movie progressed and he saw his boss's true intentions! When Frollo told him to burn a mill he refused!! He even saved the Millers family.
Tbh I would’ve preferred Wiggins in P2 instead of annoying Ms Jenkins who’s only role was matchmaker and obsessed with tea and breaks almost everything
Props for putting Megara and Kronk on the top 2 spots......BUT YOU FORGOT FAGIN FROM OLIVER & COMPANY!! Also, Mr. Snoops from The Rescuers and Ratigan's lackies from The Great Mouse Detective
Fagin wasn’t a henchman in Oliver and Company, he was literally almost killed by a loanshark. The henchmen were the dogs Desoto and Rosco who bullied the other dogs
LeFou is just so adorable, not gonna lie. At least in my opinion. Edit: I agree with you on Cinderella’s step-sisters. They’re not particularly evil, just bratty and annoying.
Drizella is more like her mother, while Anastasia in the original is a bit less aggressive towards Cinderella. Despite the sequels were meh, at least Anastasia got a redemption arc and real love
I'm a huge Sir Hiss stan. He's so funny and loyal. He just wants Prince John's approval, yet the prince is always so awful to him. Hiss deserved so much better.
@Cameron Jacobs Anastasia turned on her mother in Cinderella 2. She DID fall in love with that dorky baker. Drizella, however, stayed an evil bitch throughout ALL the movies.
There was a sing along attraction of Beauty And The Beast at Disney World I think and it was said that it revealed Lefou's side of the story! Saying that Lefou isn't what he seems at all. In fact they said Lefou was the reason Belle and the Beast got together. He was more of a matchmaker. He becomes very tired of Gaston bullying him around and decided to find a new purpose and that was to help the Beast break the spell, after hearing the legend of the castle. It's kind of like The Lion King 1 1/2. Lefou would be seen in places we didn't know he was there. Like when he was cooking during Be Our Guest number or passing birds outside while Belle and the Birds were feeding them and he even made Belle's dress! 😆 What do you think, do you think Lefou's story can be true....?
Let's face it, when it came to Meg, not only was she forced to serve Hades, BUT she became the reason Hercules walked away from the path he'd been training so long for. She was the reason he gave up immortality. Also... I love Kronk. That's all I can say without this being super long.
Honorable mention: Experiment 625/Reuben Lilo and Stitch: The Movie, Lilo And Stitch The Series and Leroy and Stitch I mean come on, he's supposed to be a henchman but all he does is make, and eat sandwiches 😂
Agreed. I love Reuben! And honestly, Gantu's not really all that evil either. So both Gantu and Reuben could have been on this list since they were both minions of Dr. Hamsterveil.
I wasn't sure if Randall was considered a henchman if he was helping Watermoose who was the main antagonist and I've already heard about Randall being misunderstood, Fungus on the other hand was practically his henchman due he was formally his assistant and he wasn't that bad of a character either.
If I remember correctly, Horrace and Jasper, the goons that Cruela DeVille hired to steal all the puppies in the original 101 Dalmations, ultimately decided that they didn't want anything to do with her and basically told her to screw off and left. This is what forced Cruella into the final confrontation herself.
Honestly that would’ve been hilarious. P2 would’ve been funnier if Wiggins was in it instead of annoying Ms Jenkins, especially if he actually stood up to Ratass.
A lot of people think Kronk is dumb. He isn't. He's got intelligence in very unusual places for an evil henchman. He can cook, he can memorize orders to almost perfection by only hearing it once, he can speak squirrel fluently, he's knowledgeable about types of wood ("Break it down?! What are you kidding me? This is hand carved mahogany.."), and he corrected Yzma when she said, "Tell us where they talking llama is and we'll burn the house to the ground!" with "Uh... don't you mean 'OR?'" Also let's not forget the scene with the levers. Kronk had his hand on a lever already when Yzma said the iconic, "Pull the lever Kronk! .... WRONG LEVEEEEERRRRRR!" I mean she had plenty of time to tell him that was the wrong lever. Kronk just did as she asked, so technically it's Yzma's own fault for letting that happen because she was the one who designed that mechanism in the first place so she should ahve known which lever was which.
Wiggins also isn't evil at all too:) I think he is nice and funny:3 ((But sadly not all people remembers him)) Also thanks for putting him on the list:3
Wiggins was right about why the natives attacked the camp though. So he wasnt all that much of a dult. - invaded their land - stole their resources - attacked without reason.
I bet ya Kronk went to work for Yzma in hopes of pleasing his dad I mean, look at Kronk's new groove, He went to work for Yzma after his dreams were shot down by his dad. But after learning he was happier being a cook and a nice guy to everyone, he focused on that instead of being a servant for an emperor.
These are brilliant examples. Sour Bill isn’t purely evil either, he was just following his orders and he was part of the Sugar Rush game from the beginning. Same with Creeper, because he fears the Horned King strangling him and he was extremely happy that be was dead, all while using his discarded horns to mock him as he flies off. Brutus and Neero from the Rescuers, I understand are not purely evil, they’re just predators, same with Joanna from Rescuers Downunder, so they’re just neutral. There are loads of examples and I could go om forever.

Honorable mentioned:
Anatasia maybe Ugly from the inside but her true beauty is her kind hearted soul.
yes they included Lion King
I'm a huge Sir Hiss stan. He's so funny and loyal. He just wants Prince John's approval, yet the prince is always so awful to him. Hiss deserved so much better.
Kronk isn't in any of the first 7 places..
He isn't in the third..
He isn't in the second..
Oh yeah it's all coming together.
Me: Sees Kronk on the list
Also me: Oh yeah, it's all coming together.
Granted Anastasia's not evil, but Drizzela is.
@Julie 700 Yeah, Anastasia did eventually turn on her mother near the end of Cinderella 3.
@Cameron Jacobs Anastasia turned on her mother in Cinderella 2. She DID fall in love with that dorky baker. Drizella, however, stayed an evil bitch throughout ALL the movies.
ChibiProwl still, drizella technically counts when it comes to her incompetence
Anastasia is actually very nice, once you get to know her.
Yeah I agree! Kronk was the absolute best part of the emperors new groove!! And he’s the best at being the worst evil henchman!! ❤️😂❤️😂
Like when he was cooking during
Be Our Guest number or passing birds outside while Belle and the Birds were feeding them and he even made Belle's dress!
😆
What do you think,
do you think Lefou's story can be true....?
This was my favorite thing at Epcot!
Is Kronk the best character in The Emperor's New Groove?
Yes!
Absolutely!!
100%
Make that 1,000%
yep! At least in my opinion.
Kronk is literally 1 of my favorite Disney characters
Let's face it, when it came to Meg, not only was she forced to serve Hades, BUT she became the reason Hercules walked away from the path he'd been training so long for. She was the reason he gave up immortality. Also... I love Kronk. That's all I can say without this being super long.
Honorable mention: Experiment 625/Reuben Lilo and Stitch: The Movie, Lilo And Stitch The Series and Leroy and Stitch
I mean come on, he's supposed to be a henchman but all he does is make, and eat sandwiches 😂
Agreed. I love Reuben! And honestly, Gantu's not really all that evil either. So both Gantu and Reuben could have been on this list since they were both minions of Dr. Hamsterveil.
@@TheVanishing87 Very true, in Leroy And Stitch, Gantu turned good
@@TheVanishing87 so Hamsterveil is the main antagonist of the Lilo and Stitch franchise?
I miss Mirage. I hope she appears in another sequel, if there is one.
I wasn't sure if Randall was considered a henchman if he was helping Watermoose who was the main antagonist and I've already heard about Randall being misunderstood, Fungus on the other hand was practically his henchman due he was formally his assistant and he wasn't that bad of a character either.
Did you know Wiggins and Radcliffe Andre played by the SAME MAN? It s awesome
andre
Me before watching this vid:
“If Kronk isn’t #1, Imma start breaking stuff.”
Glad my stuff is safe 😂
I'd say Yzma hired Kronk just for his muscles! XD
I'm here for Kronk...he had his own song, so legit! 😊😊
Kudos for giving Kronk and Meg the top 2 spots......But you forgot Mr. Snoops from The Rescuers!!
Kronk is my favorite ever. Actually TENG is my favorite Disney movie ever. And I used to watch them in the movie theaters beginning in the 60’s😬.
Wiggins honestly should have like his own movie where he just happily explores the world
YESSSS DKDJAKDJAJS
Honestly that would’ve been hilarious. P2 would’ve been funnier if Wiggins was in it instead of annoying Ms Jenkins, especially if he actually stood up to Ratass.
4:45 Voldemort: jesus wormtail what the hell happened to you?
Wormtail: *drops mouse* I'm sorry lord!
Voldemort: *chops off other hand*
Finally a harry potter fan. They are played by the same actor. I feel they both got redeemed
2:36 Both he animated and live action LeFou are not really evil. I think the animated one is a good person who just got in with the wrong crowd
This is hand carved mahogany.."), and he corrected Yzma when she said, "Tell us where they talking llama is and we'll burn the house to the ground!" with "Uh... don't you mean 'OR?'"
Also let's not forget the scene with the levers.
Wiggins also isn't evil at all too:)
I think he is nice and funny:3
((But sadly not all people remembers him))
Also thanks for putting him on the list:3
Shego
Yeah we all saw it coming becasue it was in the thumbnail
"HEY JAFAR!! SHUUUUUUUTTTTTTTT UUUUUUUUUUPPPPPPP!!!!"
You wanna know something else?
I NEVER LIKED YOUR SPINACH PUFFS!
NEVER!
Wiggins was right about why the natives attacked the camp though. So he wasnt all that much of a dult.
- invaded their land
- stole their resources
- attacked without reason.
periodt
Even though Pain and Panic aren't that evil, you can see they where really enjoying the moment they capturet Mount Olympus
I do not think Sir hiss was not evil. I think he was scared of god's wrath if they killed a man of the church
The moment I saw this list I think of him...why question it when it’s so on point? Good on you for reading my mind :D
Timothy Spall as the live-action Nathaniel was perfect, given his other legendary role as Peter Pettigrew in the Harry Potter movies.
Kronk is probably the most wholesome and adorable villain henchman
wiggins exists bye
I bet ya Kronk went to work for Yzma in hopes of pleasing his dad
I mean, look at Kronk's new groove, He went to work for Yzma after his dreams were shot down by his dad.
Is it just me, but do i have this feeling that The Emperor's New Groove might be WatchMojo's and MsMojo's favorite movie of all time?
Michael Helin well it is one of disney’s best
I’m starting to notice a trend
THE EVIL GUY HIRED ME AS A HENCHMAN, SO I WILL...
Me: oh no that rabbit got ink-
Henchman: I WILL HEAL YOU SMALL RABBIT
Wyatt Meg did was SUPER heroic!
Kronk really isn’t evil. I like when the squirrel was on his arm. So cute
And when the squirrell wanted Yzma to back away-That was funny-He really did not like her! (Who could blame him?)
