For almost 30 years, I’ve known Luscious Jackson only as the one-hit-wonder band that performed Naked Eye. But with this video, they’re now a two-hit wonder. And that makes me … yes, wonder … how many other songs of theirs I’ve missed out on.
I feel like the part of my early 20s in the early 90s has had another tiny crucial piece filled, so my better, sweeter memories stand out just that much brighter. Thank you, Ladies!
I don't know why I just went with comparing a female membered band to almost only other female bands. catching awareness and learning forward. P.S. .. so nostalgic for Alphabet City 1989.. (not the madness..but the friendships)
