Hello Paige ❤ so excited for this new video. Congrats for your period 🙌 I was wondering how did u deal with not being plant based anymore ? I was plant based for a period of time and then réalise that I didn’t do it for the good reason and it increased my binge eating . When I started eating fish / chicken/ cheese again I felt more satisfied and my binges decreased 🙏 I feel better now and I try not to listen to people telling me « but what about the animals ? » cause it’s hard to hear that when you struggled with food half of your life and people judge you … if you can share your story about that . Thank u so much ❤ you’re my best fitness TH-camr 😊
Hi lovely! thank you so much!🥰 in terms of eating meat again, i had to be a little bit selfish and remember that i am doing it for ME and MY HEALTH 👏🏼👏🏼 which should always be first priority!!!🫡💛
noooo i didn't have a daily step count!! i have a dog meaning i'm out on walks atleast twice a day and getting a high step count!! we just had to reduce training and i took 4 rest days a week instead of 1-2👏🏼👏🏼
@@paigedana thank you! Do you know if she provides one time macro counts for people?? Also I know every journey and body is different and weight gain is 100% worth it for the health benefits but was curious for your personal body how much of an increase did you see? I find often we tend to catastrophize and think it will be so much worse than it really is ! That being said it's not easy regardless
i love your content! im also struggling as i lost my period about a month ago or so and i wasnt aware of how common it is among athletes 😭😭 im training for a 10k and cycling/running regularly so i only have 1 rest day. kinda tough!
She mentioned on instagram that she is looking to lose the weight she gained throughout this process, which kinda seems counter intuitive in HA period recovery... even losing the weight slowly isn't wise especially this early on.
@@NVDS26really ??? That's so surprising to hear especially when she just got her period back and that's obviously where she needs to be to be healthy and have a period. I really dont understand the process .
I know what you mean. Especially since she has been documenting this process online, to then go and undo the work doesn't send a good message to her audience in my opinion. :(@@AS-ur5gl
@@paigedana thank you lovely, this gives me hope I may one day get mine back 🥺 have you had to gain any weight or was it more a case of needing to cut back on exercise? As I’m firmly in the ‘normal’ BMI weight but exercise 6 days a week so wondering if it’s not to do with my weight but more so my exercise.. Also this may be weird but has it been triggering at all getting it back or are you just 100% happy to have it back? Having not had mine for 4 years I have a bit of a weird fear of getting it again!! X
sending you love and hope for recovery in 2024! reaching out for help was the best thing i did!! i gained 6kg+ and it's the only thing i needed to do for my health which is priority 💛
Danny cheering you on during Hyrox was so wholesome
Greatest achievement. I am really proud and happy for you!! keep it up

Are you maintaining on those cals or looking to gain weight?

My eating disorder has quite literally taken over my life. I need to eat close to this without the training but fear I'll just gain too much. 😭
