    didn't check the calculations, but they seem right. So what?
    Yes, a plane weighs LESS flying to W
    And if it flies at 17000 mph above the Equator its weight will be zero, that is, it will be in orbit

    • @KryptonitePhysics
      @KryptonitePhysics  ปีที่แล้ว +6

      You have a force going from 0kg in one direction to nearly 1kg in the other at 45 degrees to you going South, measurable. you don't see or feel it.
      You have a force on the Boeing 0kg one way to 3860kg at a 45 degree angle, Never accounted for in any flight manual, any place.
      If the force was directly up , no problem, its at 45/55 degrees to you and the Boeing, would pull the Boeing to one side,
      The ISS 17000mph is that relative to a fixed point on earth? Yes, What point?

      @@KryptonitePhysics didn't you see my video on centrifugal force (2nd part)? The vector sum of gravity AND centrifugal force is always perpendicular to the ground (or sea surface). In fact, it's the sea surface which shapes itself to be perpendicular to this vector sum

      @@KryptonitePhysicsWell things weigh less depending on which direction a flight goes. Almost like certain rotational forces actualy lift the objects up slightly more. In other words: your prove for rotation is valid, you just misinterpreted the data.

    This is called the Eotvos effect and is a very measurable, repeatable observation. It's why, for instance, almost all orbital launches are to the east.

    • @johnnyragadoo2414
      @johnnyragadoo2414 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@daftwulli6145 All nations launch to the east, with very rare exceptions, and launch sites closer to the equator are favored. If you launch at the equator your first 1,000 mph of orbital velocity is free. If you launch to the west, you have to achieve 2,000 mph of delta vee just to get to where the eastbound rocket started while sitting on the ground. Of course, that's not just accelerating the satellite to 2,000 mph, it's accelerating all the fuel it will need to complete it's climb to orbit and acceleration to orbital velocity.
      Geosynchronous satellites are all in eastbound orbits. If a low latitude launch site has a big uninhabited area to the east, all the better.
      Vandenburg, on the west coast, is used for polar orbits, generally launched to the south. At least that's my understanding.

  • @aznmutt15
    @aznmutt15 ปีที่แล้ว +14

    Wow. You just described the eotvos effect. You should really describe it in terms of acceleration, not force. You should also describe how it affects the net force when compared to gravity.
    So have you actually tested this effect? It has been studied. Even replicated

    "There is a massive difference between going West vs East" - No it's not. You need to do numbers on this to see that these effects are negligent compared to all other forces in play here. You are at a point where you need to do the math buddy.

      @mikefochtman7164 ปีที่แล้ว

      Right, like for the person it's either 0g/100kg => no centrifugal effect, or sin(45)*0.861kg/100kg => 0.609% difference. Not too many people have calibrated feet that can detect when they suddenly get 0.609% heavier. lol Sure there's a difference, but it takes some pretty sensitive instruments to detect it, not just a 'gut feeling'.

      @@KryptonitePhysics Yes, but the point is, as a percentage of the total mass of the objects, the effect is miniscule. As in 'tiny, small, negligible, not easily detectable'. If you get out an accurate enough scale, you CAN measure it. It does exist, therefore the earth IS rotating.

      @@KryptonitePhysics Yes, it's easy to work out and the results are STILL just a tiny fraction of the starting mass. What's your POINT??? That you haven't got a scale that can measure to an accuracy of 4 or 5 significant digits? Because if you did, you would measure the exact amount that your 'numbers' predict, and thus confirm we are on a rotating planet. The difference IS there, it is measurable and you're just confirming the rotating earth.

    Tan Velocity at 45 degrees is 735.6 mph, distance to center, r = 2802 miles.

      This is true, so if this small acceleration at 45 degrees is real and the 9.8m/s^2 acting towards the centre is correct, what will be the overall change in weight of the object? What kind of bank would the aircraft have to apply to make the floor of the aircraft seem flat? It will turn out that the numbers are very small.

      You must have figured out by now that these guys don't actually believe the earth is flat right?
      They take known physics, misrepresent the data and what it means in a manner that almost seems believable on the surface, but if you actually know what is being discussed, it's not actually the case and they are conning and milking you for your time and money for views.
      I really hope you figure out that they are manipulating you mate. None of the big names believe the earth is flat. Not Nathan or Mark, none of them.
      They all think you are an idiot and are using you for profit.
      I think you have just been misinformed and just don't have the required education regarding physics to actually fully comprehend what's being said, so you accept what they believe.
      It's not your fault. But it certainly is theirs for lying and manipulating you just so they can pay their bills with your time.

    You like to show a bowl of fish in your videos. If you take it in a car and drive down the road at a constant speed, will the fish be pushed against the wall of the bowl? Or is he happily swimming around? Everything in the car moves at the same speed no matter how fast it goes. The only thing that could notice anything in the car is acceleration. But the earth does not. So we do not notice the movement of the earth no matter how fast and in which direction it goes. Think about this again.
