2 problems with cars and bikes sharing the track: - Cars forced to slow down annoyingly at mid-corner or even corner entry. - Bikes forced exit corner later and wait to put power down in order to avoid cutting off the cars that initiated an overtake on the outside.
To be fair, if you are being forced to slow down annoyingly mid corner then you have demonstrated a total lack of anticipation going into that corner. Perhaps this is the problem with many of these situations.. too little forethought about the conditions ahead. Someone slow up ahead, yet unable to get by and your favourite corner is coming up... Then why hang on their heels getting frustrated? Hang back a bit allow some buffer space and take your corner at speed.. deal with overtaking the chap ahead later on at a safer spot.
For some reason the acoustics of where this camera is positioned seems to pick up the whirr and whine of the motorcycle engines perfectly. It's like I can hear all the subtleties, the air intake, the clacking of the valves and the chain...beautiful.
I've read that in the past the Gran Tourismo series could be used to learn real world race tracks. In fact, the PSP version had a pile of fun challenges on this track. But you could also drive the entire track.
I really don't think it's a good idea to have bikes and cars on there at the same time. Cars can corner faster, bikes usually faster on straights. Leads to too much back and forth, as well as anger.
I see the problem with the close calls. car drivers have little to no clue what its like on a bike when we are in a corner we cannot see you because we lean over the bike to get round making it hard to know if someone is passing you on the outside. And you see bikers taking the racing line, generally a car is faster through the apex, so you see people overtake them mid corner just gotta look out for eachother... really bikes and cars should never be together on track...
Personally I think they should have separate days or times for bikes only. Damn cars could cause a serious accident like the BMW almost did to those two riders.
I know right this moment was wrong in many ways lol. 1 why they 2 up on track and 2 where da F did the bmw think the bike was going she should've held back. Not to mention he achieved nothing as the bike will inevitably pass him again later on the track 2 up 😂😂😂
2:39 was scary AND there's a passenger on the back of the bike. I'm tending to agree with the comments that bikes and cars don't mix well if there's no mutual respect and understanding of the differences between cars and bikes.
What the Arial Atom did at 5:33 was so unnecessary. That pass was ridiculous he almost took out the rider, could’ve killed him. Bikes n cars don’t belong on track together whatsoever
That was the spirit. If I was the biker I will challenge the Ariel. Bikes and cars should compete they push themselves. If we ban everything because of security we will end up with nothing one day.
Es gibt sie tatsächlich: die dreirädrige Yamaha. Ich habe ihre Existenz immer für eine Verschwörungstheorie gehalten. Hab noch nie eine auf der Straße gesehen.😮😂😂😂
Cars and bikes compete against themselves. This is what is fascinating. On a bike you will fight the car against physics and the car will have to fight to overtake the bike. Eventually the car will win because it has much more stability but when theres open road the bee continues on your rear view mirror. Fascinating man. If we start to take everything because of fear of accidents is better to stop living. Life is a fight for surviving since memorial times. This control and opression is to take from us everything we love - passion, any emotion, feelings. We need more emotion!!
Nah it was being to tight on the bars. The bike was going into a slide and instead of being easy on the bars and rolling slowly off the throttle, he just grabt the bar as hard as he can. With that the front tire couldnt line up with the rear tire, which ended up nearly in a highsider.
I did 2 laps on my s1000rr. Just stayed on the right side and let all the cars pass me. I dont know the track and there is nothing to win but you can loose a lot

This is why when people ask me "when are you going to upgrade to a bigger bike?" my response is "I don't need a bigger bike." Granted its a 600cc cruiser, it does exactly what I need it to. Sometimes I think it would be fun to have something with a little more oomph as I do max it out during acceleration but in reality I can't legally use the power of my current bike most times anyway so what's the point. Some of the car drivers in this are just plain idiots, way too close while following a bike and the KTM X-Bow needs his head read. If the bike kicks and dislodges the rider then the car that is following them from 1m behind stands no chance of evading the rider. Why arent racebikes alowed to have mirrors?
@@TheHolladiewaldfeee eyes forwards, take your eyes off the road on a bike at those speeds = bad times

7:26 Poor fellah! Wrong day!
2:44 this is attempt of murder
2 problems with cars and bikes sharing the track:
- Cars forced to slow down annoyingly at mid-corner or even corner entry.
@@jimstartup2729 No, thats for non-retarded people... This is the tourists haha
@@jimstartup2729 buddy, cars hold their speed in the corner then bikes move away on straights........GET THE FUCK OUT OF THE WAY
For some reason the acoustics of where this camera is positioned seems to pick up the whirr and whine of the motorcycle engines perfectly. It's like I can hear all the subtleties, the air intake, the clacking of the valves and the chain...beautiful.
Anyone else thinking how sketch it would be to be learning this course while sharing it with cars? 😳
That's why you should have at least a minimal understanding of which track you're going to, not just rawdog it
I've read that in the past the Gran Tourismo series could be used to learn real world race tracks. In fact, the PSP version had a pile of fun challenges on this track. But you could also drive the entire track.

2:46 - It would be interesting to know if that BMW driver got a kevlar-reinforced motorcycle glove in his face very hard at the end of this session.
I lost my bike there due to cooling liquid. Totalled… and two broken bones.
Ride safe, but if you have bad luck you have no chance
2:44 Oh SHiT
9:07 you got me twice! Nice one thanks
I really don't think it's a good idea to have bikes and cars on there at the same time.
Cars can corner faster, bikes usually faster on straights. Leads to too much back and forth, as well as anger.
5:34 WTF. That was dangerous
That sucker was trying to kill him
2:44 WTF was the mission of the BMW?
3:00Crikey, fancy being hustled around the 'Ring in a sidecar (sometimes on no wheels at all)?
Being from India I see such orderly and relenting traffic
I want to see an Indian version of nurburgring, you guys are built different 😅
I see the problem with the close calls. car drivers have little to no clue what its like on a bike when we are in a corner we cannot see you because we lean over the bike to get round making it hard to know if someone is passing you on the outside. And you see bikers taking the racing line, generally a car is faster through the apex, so you see people overtake them mid corner just gotta look out for eachother... really bikes and cars should never be together on track...
Personally I think they should have separate days or times for bikes only. Damn cars could cause a serious accident like the BMW almost did to those two riders.
5:31 Holly!!
I own a car and a bike and it's wayyy more scary to drive bike around city than a car, I could not even imagine what is happening on track.
That 'instant regret fails' video was fantastic! Thank you!
Motorcycles are so much more interesting than cars to watch.
Watching this makes me wonder how they even allow bikes and cars on the same day. Some of these car drivers have no business being on track
Love the Sidecar clip!!!

1 why they 2 up on track and 2 where da F did the bmw think the bike was going she should've held back. Not to mention he achieved nothing as the bike will inevitably pass him again later on the track
2 up 😂😂😂
That motorcyclist in the rain is just crazy.
Probably the safest time to ride😂
@@droit2411it’s not a track day. If you want to do maneuvers like this go on track day.

6:29 little clip of me. All this covid making it too much agg to get back over but hopefully summer 2022 I'll be back
Cars and bikes compete against themselves.
This is Awsome! I love it.Come one, come all.. We need this in North America! 😀
I want to see misha take a bike around the track & vlog it.
0:40 the Tuono is on fire. Looks like wrong tyres 😂🤣
Nah it was being to tight on the bars. The bike was going into a slide and instead of being easy on the bars and rolling slowly off the throttle, he just grabt the bar as hard as he can. With that the front tire couldnt line up with the rear tire, which ended up nearly in a highsider.

This video made me realize I never want to visit the Nurburgring. Not on my bike or in a car. It looks like the same a-holes I fight every morning on the I10 are out here too.
Reminds me of the Road Warriors!! Awesome video
There's nothing better than putting down a knee in a corner, and nothing worse than high-siding coming out of a corner. Track riding is both the highest highs and the lowest lows!
Crashing at a track is childs play
10:40 guy martin?
Some crazy’s out there both bike and car . If I was not to broken up I would love to ride either a 125 gp bike or a tz250 yes I am showing my age . To me it is more fun pushing a low hp bike hard than not using the power of a plastic fantastic . Cheers from Australia
I am 30 so it's not an age thing, Also cheers from Australia.
A TZ250 would be a blast there...if there were no cars.

Don’t get me wrong, they all have hella balls, but I noticed that a lot of them have a bad habit of not moving over for faster cars…
hard to when cornering. very hard too on a bike. turning radius/apex is much different.
@@ardzye5374 yes but if a car is pressuring them, they should slow down and move to the side on straights unless they’re actually trying to get a competitive time, which isn’t common with drivers or bikers.
@@morgenglende-michalski369 notice how you said straights. Well you do understand motorcycle lines right? A lot different than a car. So if they are forced to move right with a right bend coming up there’s a good chance they would have to take that turn extremely slow.

5:34 close call!
This reminds me of riding my motorcycle in New Jersey.
I honestly don’t know how dozens of bikers aren’t wiped out every year with car drivers behaving like this around them. Makes me cringe.
Some of the car drivers in this are just plain idiots, way too close while following a bike and the KTM X-Bow needs his head read. If the bike kicks and dislodges the rider then the car that is following them from 1m behind stands no chance of evading the rider. Also touring bikes being driven or trying to be driven like a race bike by inexperienced riders just making themselves look silly, its a big heavy bike not designed for track racing so stop trying to make it corner like a race bike lol.
Regardless of what kind of bike it is, the fastest way to take a corner is to ride it like a race bike. It is the same as rally cars sticking to the ideal line when they are on tarmac and not drifting so much.
Any bike can be ridden hard. There is an entire professional racing series based around baggers.
