We require Microsoft to enable the import of multiple-choice questions, including the ability to specify the correct answer. For our specific use case, we need to create a form with over 1000 questions. Manually inputting the correct answer for each question is highly inefficient. We propose a feature that allows us to import questions and their corresponding correct answers directly from a document or PDF file. Additionally, we would like the option to assign a specific point value to each question during the import process. How can we request this feature enhancement for the question import functionality?
This would likely be best achieved by having your original document formatted in GIFT format. This is not currently an option in Forms, but there is a feedback button located on the Forms site where you can provide this feedback.
As a workaround, here is what some others have suggested doing to at least speed up the process:
In the Word file, move all answers to option A for all questions.
Import the word file to Microsoft forms
Mark option A as the correct answer for all questions
Select "Shuffle options" for all questions
Add 1 points to all questions
