No, she should be ARRESTED and CONVICTED for abusing her authority to break the law and violate the public trust.
That's abuse of authority for personal gain, and is a serious crime.

Had it been anyone else they would’ve been ticketed AND arrested! No more entitled, self-important, lawless individuals in office. She is THE district attorney. She should be held accountable for her actions. Like everyone else!!!

This is why citizens doesn’t trust our legal system. Let’s count some of the offenses.
    1) lied about how she didn’t see
cop trying to pull her over, then later admits she was on the phone wondering why the cop was trying to pull her over
    2) going 55 mph in at 35 mph residential area
    3) tried to go into her home and pulled something out her car. How was the cop suppose to know she wasn’t gonna pull a weapon???
    4) admits she will abuse her PRIVILEGE as a DA to throw out the ticket and tried to place a phone call to complain
    5) did not immediately provide legal identification, but gave her work badge
    6) on her phone while driving
These are offenses just from a short clip.
If this was a non-DA, she would’ve been in jail, waiting for a sentence.
If the cop didn’t have a body cam, you know he would’ve been fired.
People working in the legal system continues to prove they are above the law. Our tax money at work.
