This is where we dive into the authentic Palermo street food! We try squid and anchovies fresh from the market, before moving on to the iconic grilled lamb and veal intestines known as "stigghiola siciliana".
Next, we head to Mercato del Capo to sample arancini, pasta al forno, iris, and the unique spleen sandwich "pani ca meusa" (bread with spleen) .

Wow what a joyful place, people singing and dancing while cooking 😍 must have been a little difficult roaming around in heat though.

How daring is ignorance...for an Englishman to complain about Italian food, it is as if a Bedouin complains about the water of the Alps. They should be banned from entering Europe.
Hi Carlos, thanks for commenting! We didn't intend any disrespect to Italian cuisine in the video - we have immense admiration for Sicily's incredible food traditions. Like with any regional cuisine, there were simply some personal preferences for certain dishes over others during our food tour (Tastes are subjective of course ) Appreciate you sharing your perspective!
