Palermo, Sicily, is the street food capital King in Europe. It is a wild, energetic city that is filled with UNESCO world heritage sites, beautiful ocean views, cold beer and delicious food!
In this episode we are on a Palermo street food tour, trying some of Palermo's best foods, drinks and some taking in pretty killer views. This is not your basic Palermo street food tour, as we are doing all day and into the night! We also go to the Cathedral of Palermo and Teatro Massimo for your viewing pleasure.

About Us
Well, we are a couple from worlds apart that has chosen Valencia, Spain to be our home base. Vicky is born and raised in Seoul, South Korea, now an American citizen. Josh is an American, well, born and raised in small town, Ohio.
We left our jobs, family and friends and moved to Valencia, Spain in the middle of the pandemic. We decided to that we should also start a TH-cam channel to show the world that, you can do anything (even if you are getting grey hair), if you think you can! Lots of delicious looking food! But did you guys try pane ca meusa?! Fried spleen and lung sandwich. 🫁 🥪 ....yummy.. 😂
I hope to visit there myself sometime soon. We're going to Bologna first though, in two months. Excited to stuff our face with pasta.
We wanted to try that spleen sandwich but for some reason we couldn't find it! Not sure if it was anything to do with the weather (cold and rainy). There were a couple of guys we've seen who were selling a very small batch but by the time we got there they were almost gone lol. But Sicily is wild! You guys will definitely enjoy it!
That was not bacon but "stigghiola" made by rolled guts!
Sicily is not a "little" island. It is the largest in the Mediterranean.

I'm Sicilian, but from Catania at the foot of the Etna volcano.Palermo's street food is good, but I invite you to try Catania's too.Especially the desserts are much tastier.the granita with brioche you ate for breakfast is not ice cream. If you pass by Catania try absolutely the granita with almonds and mulberries.
Do you like the city of Syracuse? We were looking to visit there some day.

I don't know, but I think I'm gonna have to unsubscribe! You're having too much fun. I was getting tired of all the food stuff, but man, that was a great video! It all looked so good. Bill and his wife were great addition. I've got almost two weeks of vacation coming up in a few days and need to take a trip somewhere. Wish it was easier to get to the fast trains in Valencia, but somehow I need to take one last trip before returning to California. Any idea's?
