When you open the doors of a Schindler 3300 when it is going full speed it stop violently with a loud bang. Also I am not keen on the motor being mounted to top of the tracks, it is a bit flimsy. I also don't like the fact that this lift does not have a chassis. But the thing that I really like about the 3300 is its looks. The buttons and indicator look awesome. The capacitive panel looks so futuristic. The non capacitive buttons were ok, but schindler have redesigned them so that they look awesome as well. It is really nice to see the effort Schindler have put into the design of this lift.

The brakes are horrifically loud. When I broke safety (in other words opened a shaft door when the lift was moving), it stops so violently it shakes itself! the brakes are so violent, you can hear them from the ground floor. Atrocious design.

They look great and have intellegent levelling. The problem is the build quality is shit and the logic is restrictive.
