Deep Space from ILNP was definitely my standout polish of the year. I knew I needed it as soon as I saw it, but impatiently waited for their Black Friday sale to order it (and a lot of other ILNPs) on sale.
I never was interested in magnetics, but you sold me on them in 2023, Kelli! 😂 I just bought my first 3 recently and I'm in love! I really love all the polishes in this video. Sigh. I have such a long list of nail polishes I want! So many nail polishes. So little time. 😂 It's hard to pick my favorite for the year, because there are so many I still want to get. I don't know how you ever narrow it down. Lol
I try to limit my polish purchases, so I use your yearly favourites vids to decide what I might want to buy :D I'm eyeing venetian sky and daybreak. I would add sandviper but I think I have a dupe of it already in my collection!

I'm not usually much into indies, but your channel combined with the growing popularity of indies in general has definitely got me paying more attention! Your video about ILNP's space-themed collection (I can't remember the name of it) had me beelining straight to their website to buy Deep Space, so I'll go with that as my favorite. I'm actually wearing it right now and have been for a week. It's just mesmerizing! This year was tough for me, but your videos have been a bright spot for sure. I hope 2024 brings only good things

My favourite polish of the year is Cadillacquer Doing Her Own Thing from summer collection, although Sky Dancer coming pretty close, it was a great collection overall. And I love Ghoulish Greetings, it is such a unique shade, and I am planning to wear it in spring too! This is definitely a weird food combo to try! Mine is probably not very weird, but I love putting capers on pizza, it is the only way I eat capers, but it is so delicious!

Whoa, the green Sky Dancer color reminds me of Vaseline Glass/Uranium Glass under a black light! Or edge-lit fluorescent green acrylic! Now if only I could get a nail polish company to make a polish that looks like a Gin and Tonic at a black light party/goth bar 🦋🩵
All of these polishes are stunning! My food combo was cold spegettios and cottage cheese. They'd be in same bowl, but not mixed. I rarely eat dairy or spegettios anymore but it's delicious. 😂😂😂
My favorite polishes this year were Holo Taco Midnight Owl and Royal Crush. When you mentioned Venetian Sky, I looked it up on the Cirque website, and the collection was a little more than 50% off. I was really excited because I typically don't buy Cirque because they are only 12 ml bottles and kinda pricey. But I really wanted your Vegas collection. I eat tuna in Mac and cheese with peas. It is delicious. 😊 I hope your recovery is going well and that you are getting plenty of rest.
I have Fairy Floss on my list. I second your Sky Dancer recommendation. It's fun! For greens, I recommend your Cirque collab Ethel, as its green/pink are complementary colors you don't see often enough, and Cirque's Introverde is green/lavender. Mooncat's A Very Merry Unbirthday and Moonwalk bothe were a new great formula for them that you didn't mention.
I love that you included Yay or Neigh! I liked all the polishes with that finish from that collection -- I know it wasn't a "typical" holiday release, but that made it more interesting to me.
Totally love the OrlyxNASA colab. Spirit of Peace goes so well with Perseverance. I also loved River Styx from Mooncat and KB Shimmer Go Big or Gourd Home.
Favorites videos are the best! I cheered when you announced Avalon as one of your favorites this year because it is my favorite nail polish that I bought this year! I ended up getting the entire collection and a backup of Avalon. They are all like beautiful jewels on the nails 💎 ❤️
Well this was your year for greens! I’m so glad you put Kelli’s Solstice in this video. It’s one of my favorite polishes ever! The shade pops on my skin tone and the formula is amazing. I got so many compliments wearing it and Kelli’s Moondust. My other standout for this year would be Perhaps A Christmas Gourd from Wildflower. Great video. Thanks for sharing ❤

My very favorite of the year was ILNP Shooting Star. My jaw just dropped when I put it on. And I love it magnetized both ways and also not magnetized at all.
I only recently found your channel (and got into nail polishes overall), but i LOVE how magnetics look! My boyfriend actually got me Cheshire Cat and Malevolent from Mooncat as a christmas gift! Havent tried Malevolent yet, but i am MESMERIZED by Cheshire Cat, even though i need a bit more practice with the magnet 😅 Here's to a new year!
My favourites this year have been the Sally Hansen top coats - Crystal, Unicorn, Moonlit, and Glazed! They’re gorgeous and immediately transform any colour.
I'm a little surprised this list didn't include any of the ILNP magnetics or HT neon jellies (two of your favorite things in one!), but all of these were gorgeous. Adding a bunch of these to my To Buy list!

As I was watching your video, I made a wish list on my phone in my notes of all the polishes that I want to get in the near future. I was surprised you didn’t do a collage at the end like you usually do. I have like 11 of them that I want to pick up. I got that same tower that you got on Amazon that I need to put together for all my new polishes. My sister also got me another one that holds a lot of polishes too. Plus I have two towers already full that has 5 rows on it that you can hold at least 14 polishes on each row, so about 70 polishes. I have an obsession with makeup and polishes myself. All my makeup that I own is in my bureau that my daughter did not want anymore. It is a large bureau that is old and has a large mirror on it. It has 3 draws on the top and 2 large draws in the middle and the bottom. It holds all my makeup, skincare and hair stuff. I have 3 beauty subscriptions which are Ipsy Glam Bag, EyeScream Beauty and Slay Glam Box and I also do the Orly Color Pass and Fab Fit Fun. I never miss any of your videos. I love them all. Honestly I would have watch the 50 something favourite polishes video 😅, and don’t come for me but my guilty pleasure, snack of choice, get weird looks when I mention it is… Banana and very mature cheddar cheese… OH MY GOD!!! My favs this year have to be Painted Polis - Gilded Gerbera (any of the Gilded honestly, they were all amazing!), OPI - Yay or Neigh, the Mooncat Glow in the Darks (I mean FINALLY, a nonwhite/milky glow in the dark!) , Mooncat - House of Hades, A England - Until The Day Break & Cirque - Delphinus. Truthfully, I don't think I got any polish this year that was a let down.

Ugh, I really wanted to love Sand Viper but I feel like it just looked horrible on my skin tone. I was so sad. Venetian Sky is one of my most favorite bottles of polish I bought last year!! Beautiful color and finish

I just got some polishes from Cirque Colors for Christmas, one of which is Venetian Sky. That might be my favorite of the year although it’s hard to choose. My favorite topper of the year is probably their Twinkle Tweed with the long confetti glitters. Although your Moonlight Ritual is a close second.

I will be very honest about my nail polish style stagnating back in 1994. I’ve been wearing all the random vampy shades from that era (with the very recent exception of an ongoing affair with various holo polishes). This summer I was scrolling and happened on Kelli’s review of Sky Dancer. I immediately went on a caffeine fueled internet search and wound up buying 2 bottles (one is for a friend,I swear.) Since then I’ve been watching Kelli’s videos and buying all sorts of nail polishes in colors not described as “vampy” “goth”or “mom…it’s so dark and boring”. 😘
My favorites from last year year that I’ve tried were mooncat HOH, rogue’s yetti to party and cirque’s game over. I also got mooncat mad hatter and it looks cool but I haven’t tried it. Same for Venetian sky 😊💅 I wore HOH after I got it for Christmas and my mom was floored. She also loves nail polish but still isn’t as into it as me and this was her favorite she’s seen me wear. She thought it looked like chrome and I agree. I don’t know how commonplace this is but growing up my mom often made kraft mac and cheese with peas and tuna mixed in. I stopped eating animals back in 1996 but I always enjoyed that dinner. I’m also a pretty picky eater so I don’t know if I have eaten many odd combos lol
It came out right at the end of the year but I really love ORLY’s Terrazzo. Instead of putting it on top of the more neutral colors I love how it looks on brighter colors. Over a deep pink or red the combination reminds me of dragon fruit 😁

lmao! the food combo! my family has this super easy standby we call "Tuna Pea Rice" where we just just mix a can of tuna, a can of tomato sauce, a can of Campbell's cream of mushroom soup and peas, heat that up and serve it over rice. It is one of my favorite meals and my husband blanched when he first saw it because it really does look a lot like... vomit? It grew on him though haha.
Okay I swear that I'm not being a brown noser, but I got your Galaxy and Galaxy remix and I have been using those so much. Another of my favorites is I scream nails "Stardust" I love the purple into blue glitter. One of the newest ones I got is Orly's "Eternal Quest" I'm certain this is going to become one of my favorites I've had it less than a month and worn it four times.

Great picks! I find that cooler tones suit better for warm toned people than warm tones to cooler. Especially if very pink tone like mine. Warm tones look horrible lol. I love those warm fall tones but look shit on me.

I love Spirit of Peace too. I wore it over a bright true green for St Patrick's day last year and I want to wear it over blues and greens this summer.

My favourites this year have been the Sally Hansen top coats - Crystal, Unicorn, Moonlit, and Glazed! They’re gorgeous and immediately transform any colour.

As I was watching your video, I made a wish list on my phone in my notes of all the polishes that I want to get in the near future. I was surprised you didn’t do a collage at the end like you usually do. I have like 11 of them that I want to pick up. I got that same tower that you got on Amazon that I need to put together for all my new polishes. My sister also got me another one that holds a lot of polishes too. Plus I have two towers already full that has 5 rows on it that you can hold at least 14 polishes on each row, so about 70 polishes. I have an obsession with makeup and polishes myself. All my makeup that I own is in my bureau that my daughter did not want anymore. It is a large bureau that is old and has a large mirror on it. It has 3 draws on the top and 2 large draws in the middle and the bottom. It holds all my makeup, skincare and hair stuff. I have 3 beauty subscriptions which are Ipsy Glam Bag, EyeScream Beauty and Slay Glam Box and I also do the Orly Color Pass and Fab Fit Fun. I never miss any of your videos. I love them all. My favs this year have to be Painted Polis - Gilded Gerbera (any of the Gilded honestly, they were all amazing!), OPI - Yay or Neigh, the Mooncat Glow in the Darks (I mean FINALLY, a nonwhite/milky glow in the dark!) , Mooncat - House of Hades, A England - Until The Day Break & Cirque - Delphinus. Truthfully, I don't think I got any polish this year that was a let down.
I agree with you, brushstrokes can elongate shorter nails, my problem is trying to avoid the dreaded frosted grandma looking polishes😂

Ugh, I really wanted to love Sand Viper but I feel like it just looked horrible on my skin tone. I was so sad. Venetian Sky is one of my most favorite bottles of polish I bought last year!! Beautiful color and finish

I just got some polishes from Cirque Colors for Christmas, one of which is Venetian Sky. That might be my favorite of the year although it’s hard to choose. My favorite topper of the year is probably their Twinkle Tweed with the long confetti glitters. Although your Moonlight Ritual is a close second.

I will be very honest about my nail polish style stagnating back in 1994. I’ve been wearing all the random vampy shades from that era (with the very recent exception of an ongoing affair with various holo polishes). This summer I was scrolling and happened on Kelli’s review of Sky Dancer. I immediately went on a caffeine fueled internet search and wound up buying 2 bottles (one is for a friend,I swear.) Since then I’ve been watching Kelli’s videos and buying all sorts of nail polishes in colors not described as “vampy” “goth”or “mom…it’s so dark and boring”. 😘
My favorites from last year year that I’ve tried were mooncat HOH, rogue’s yetti to party and cirque’s game over. I also got mooncat mad hatter and it looks cool but I haven’t tried it. Same for Venetian sky 😊💅 I wore HOH after I got it for Christmas and my mom was floored. She also loves nail polish but still isn’t as into it as me and this was her favorite she’s seen me wear. She thought it looked like chrome and I agree. I don’t know how commonplace this is but growing up my mom often made kraft mac and cheese with peas and tuna mixed in. I stopped eating animals back in 1996 but I always enjoyed that dinner. I’m also a pretty picky eater so I don’t know if I have eaten many odd combos lol
It came out right at the end of the year but I really love ORLY’s Terrazzo. Instead of putting it on top of the more neutral colors I love how it looks on brighter colors. Over a deep pink or red the combination reminds me of dragon fruit 😁

lmao! the food combo! my family has this super easy standby we call "Tuna Pea Rice" where we just just mix a can of tuna, a can of tomato sauce, a can of Campbell's cream of mushroom soup and peas, heat that up and serve it over rice. It is one of my favorite meals and my husband blanched when he first saw it because it really does look a lot like... vomit? It grew on him though haha.
Honestly that sounds delicious lol.. maybe I need to horrify Ryan with it too hahaha

Okay I swear that I'm not being a brown noser, but I got your Galaxy and Galaxy remix and I have been using those so much. Another of my favorites is I scream nails "Stardust" I love the purple into blue glitter. One of the newest ones I got is Orly's "Eternal Quest" I'm certain this is going to become one of my favorites I've had it less than a month and worn it four times.

Great picks! I find that cooler tones suit better for warm toned people than warm tones to cooler. Especially if very pink tone like mine. Warm tones look horrible lol. I love those warm fall tones but look shit on me.
Haha honestly I usually feel that way about cool tones too! But sometimes I just wear them anyway. LOL
