Tylenol is strictly for pain.. Ibuprofen based meds are for pain and inflammation 😊.. I highly recommend natural tooth paste.. more expensive, .. get on sale.. but avoid Flouride like the plague.. I mix the 2 so I can use less of eaxh whixh last longer
