Like the song and can't wait to watch the full mv. I also like the car that Romeo was driving in the mv. The only problem that I had was more diversity of shades because they are many beautiful Latino people who come in different shapes and color. I really want to see that in more Spanish music videos. One color and size doesn't define a whole race. Other then that I love everything else.
I totally agree with what you are saying. I have been an Aventura and Bachata fan for several years now, I know that the group used different women in there past videos with different shades and sizes. The model in the video is beautiful, I don't have a problem with her being in the video, but I have been watching Spanish and non Spanish mv lately and most of them always have the same type of look. I embrace all cultures and it's nothing wrong with having different people from different cultures in a mv, but at the same time show more diversity because in the US and certain countries, there is a lot of diversity, but not shown on tv often. I just hope in future mv and tv that more diversity will be shown. Just from my point of view.
I totally agree with your comment... I think only once and it was for a few seconds Romeo used a mulata on one of his vidio and it was for Dile al amor... All the other videos girls are more Eroupan in looks than latina ..Not all women are a size zero, fair skin, colored eyes and have good hair.... so is it ok for him to take a full figure woman on the stage to be the joke of the night, but is not ok to have in a video... and then people ask themselves why girls these days are going are starving to death to have "the perfect weight" and they don't realize that is the media that is to blame. I want to see for once Romeo in a video with a female that looks more of a next door girl than someone that came out of a European cat walk or straight out of Victoria Secret catalog
I know what you are talking about cause I used to watch Aventura concerts on DVD and Romeo always picks average, beautiful Latino women that you see everyday, even they fans is a mix of different shades and sizes. I know that Romeo has a type of woman that he likes and that's ok too, but when you audience is a variety of Latino/Spanish people, then you have to a least show a few women who aren't models that are beautiful and represent the Spanish community cause you aren't going to see a model walking down the street everyday like you see in the videos. I respect Romeo as a person, singer, and songwriter that has a good heart, maybe he'll listen to his fans request and tell the director to showcase a real Latino/Spanish video.
