Same exact stomach pain as you described, all tests came back better than normal. Then I collapsed one day, ended up with stomach cancer...Whole stomach removed. I highly suggest getting a scope done because a blood test wont tell you everything.
@China Man basically carnivore diet from now on. No sugar, carbs, or veggies. I’ll throw in some avocado or tomatoes sometimes. Can’t complain honestly.

I had the worst stomach pain imaginable after drinking heavily for days on end.. I woke up from the bender and I had pancreatitis and that shit was the most deep pain you can possibly dream of, and it fucks you up for days. I just stopped drinking entirely after that level of hell, it's been almost 7 years now and that shit was so bad it just scared me off drinking period.

I had trauma-induced pancreatitis. It was torture for a few days waiting for the doctors to figure out what the pain was coming from.
Crashed a motorcycle and ruptured my spleen and spent 16 days in the hospital. The pacreatitis gave me the worst pain out of all the injuries I got in that accident.

Shane I went my whole life no stomach problems, 38 yes old all the sudden I can’t eat onions or peppers. You described the same problem I have.
I think Dan Soder talked about quitting drink and started pooping normally. I stopped drinking for a week and started having regular logs.
It’s crazy how fast it changes. You don’t even have to quit. You just have to drink like a reasonable person (1-3 drinks per sitting) if you can actually do that.

I had the same stomach issues and my doc suggested I drink less coffee and it worked.
Same thing happened to my gut, i was doing keto and ate several pounds of meat at a bbq trying not to eat chips and stuff. It was tbe night of the manny pacquio and mayweather fight. Turns out it was kidney stones. And now whenever i get terrible stomach pain with sweats it means im passin one
