Hello Karen, that is an extremly helpful video for me. I realize in the "don`ts" some mistakes I usually make and I have to practice more with the right consistency of the color. I´m following your channel quite a while and like your demos. But most of them are a bit intimidating for me especially when they contain drawings. Will try this one at the weekend :-)

Hello Karen, I did the painting and I was amazed at the result. I had a few issues which were totally my fault, like not sufficiently loading up my brush for the first wash, and not being gentle when lifting paint in the final stage. How do you rescue a landscape painting where the first wash goes horribly wrong like the right side ? I watched your latest video for abstract painting, what about when we have to paint a specific scene. Do tell mam as I have binned a few landscapes as a beginner. Just a suggestion, thanks.
