The one thing keeping me from buying the UV is purchase options! I want a single pin sight so I would be forced to buy multi pin then buy another pin cartridge. I think for $600 you should be able to get any configuration you want
I have the UV slider, dropped it from the tree stand because string broke pulling it up landed on face of the sight totally ruined sight housing and rod.
I have a left hand UV, the only issue is the lock release is on the bottom, which I got use to it. I also have a hha max and at TAC my windage knob rattled loose?? Bumped it?? and spent half of TAC adjusting it. Lost 2 arrows in the process. For me UV is my favorite. Too many moving parts and too much fiddle factor with the hha. MO tho.
@@MXRIDER14YZSame here. That setup allows me to have a couple sight options for minimal effort. Going from hunting to TAC, I just have to swap out the three pin cartridge for the single pin. The sight tape ring gets swapped too and I’m ready to go.
Wow! These are pretty dang pricey. But, that’s all relative to what a shooter wants. I wonder about no third axis. On a steep angled shot down off a ridge line to that 55 yard elk. I would want to test that before going on an expensive hunt. Have you had the opportunity to check either on how well the third axis is? 👍👍
$600 and UV doesn’t make it left handed. This is all the proof you need to know this company is completely greedy and ripping you all off. I’ll never buy their junk. The UV picture is terrible. Also this sight looks like a Chinese’s cheap knock off compared to the HHA. Their light also drains faster than another light. HHA has been my sight since 2001 and I won’t leave them for the overpriced UV that doesn’t come left handed anyway.
They have a left handed version. IMO the uv is much better with the fiddle factor and less moving parts. I have a tetra max and I think the uv is a much better sight. The uv sight is legit seriously.
I custom ordered my x3,,,top two pins 0.019 and bottom pin 0.010, just call them, no additional charge if i remember correctly.
Both. Had to buy another bow to go with my extra sight. Hopefully, with advances in technology I can get another pair of arms and double fist them.

Agree. Maybe it will be an option at some point
I wish UV had a “lite” direct mount similar to what black gold offers.
The ultimate hunting sight would be the UV bar with the CBE trek 3V vertical pin scope.
I love my option canyon pounder and my UV slider. I hope UV puts out a 5 pin housing soon.
Hha all the way, they’re huge supporters of veterans gotta give them love

Love my hhhas and uv is obviously killing it all the way around but really wish both companies would come out with 3 pin vertical sight
Have both and love them both. UV does offer LH. I have one.
HHA Tetra Max RYZ is my favorite Eastern Whitetail sight by a long shot.
I’m going HHA here. UV doesn’t make a left handed sight.
They don’t? Their insane cost didn’t allow them the capital to make it left handed? Being left handed this is just another reason I won’t buy a UV.
I guess not. $600 and they give lefties a right hander flipped upside down. Garbage!
I beg to differ. I have a left hand UV slider I ordered when they first came out. Don’t know if they stopped offering LH sights since.

HHA Frame with the Ultraview scope. Yes, you can have it all.
Just ordered mine that way
UV used to sell the HHA Frame on their website, before they had their own option

UV scopes look cool but they kinda suck. Not very durable and super dark pins
@@bigz5262 there aircraft grade aluminum and the pins light up lol
Can you put a 4x magnifier scope on the HHA?
You can. Check their website for lens kits

Both sights have 3rd axis adjustments
I got you why arnt you running a black gold ?
I haven’t yet.
Black golds don’t hold up as well out west as HHA and spot Hogg’s do
@@chetmanley2883really? I’ve never once heard that.
@@chetmanley2883please explain
Axcel achieve xp all day
"ax-ease" :P
Way to much for sights? 😮
Landslyde way better than HHA in any aspect
Say OD or ID next time

Nothing about the uv slider looks or feels cheap
