I still remember when Gopro took the industry by storm, that is when the Gopro 4 was released and most stores started having large sections dedicated to Gopro accessories, and it was almost impossible not to be able to watch a video on TH-cam that could only be made with a gopro.
I have owned two different GoPro's and neither of them worked great. Customer support was a joke. They made me pay for shipping for replacement camera's that never worked. Gopro camera's were about as reliable as a Cleveland Browns win. Yep. Its that bad. Convince me otherwise GoPro.
You guys brought me into filmmaking. I’m in since the hero 2. I borrowed it from my uncle almost lol the time! The hero 3+ silver was my first own camera. Since then I never lived without a GoPro. Thanks for all! Please respect your roots and your early fans!

I bought a "hero 5 black" in 2017, and even today after years it still delivers a satisfactory image, one of them already fell from 15 meters over stones and resisted, I had a software update problem on the first unit and the warranty service was very attentive sent me another unit. Excellent product.
This shows how far ahead of it‘s time gopro was in it‘s early years. Nowadays other brands have of course caught ob, but you guys will always be remembered as the pioneers of action cameras. Thank you for your innovations and happy birthday!❤🎉

I've never been disappointed about the image quality coming from them. When someone ask me what camera should they buy to capture their adventures, I always direct them to a GoPro camera. Watching the video on GoPro's story brought back so many memories of when the company first became popular. I remember seeing all the amazing footage that people were capturing with their GoPros and it completely inspired me to get out and enjoy the great outdoors. Before GoPro, I had never really considered activities like skiing or exploring the mountains, but seeing all the incredible footage that people were capturing with their GoPros completely changed my mind. I ended up buying one for myself and it has completely transformed my life. I have been able to capture so many amazing memories and experiences and I am so grateful to GoPro for making it possible. I jumped on board with the Hero 5 Black in 2016, I would always watch GoPro videos online for inspiration, on the limitless creativity with these cameras. In 2018 I jumped on board with the Hero 7 Black, that was the game changer for me, timewarp combined with hypersmooth stabilisation was insane! I was able to create videos I never thought were possible. Now I have 2021’s Hero 10 Black and the Max 360 camera, I’ve taken everything to new heights :) thanks GoPro for inspiring a generation!

My Dad bought the Hero 3 for my brother, him and I for our first scuba trip we took shortly after getting certified. With it we captured a 4 foot sea turtle, sting rays, barracuda, and countless other fish and beautiful reefs. The memory of that trip is nice, but having first-hand video from the GoPro is just something else!

GoPro makes a new camera every year like apple making a new phone every year. Apple barely changes anything from year to year and makes the price go higher and higher but GoPro here, makes every small tweak, every design change every everything as they release a new camera each year. Such a fan, despite we could never get them to sponsor us. We shot a News program that aired on O&O stations in NYC, NJ and Philadelphia . GoPro and Cell phones were our main camera from 2012 - 2020. Our news was so good and different and we used these cameras to make the news look different and engaging.

the go pro hero 4 silver was my first ever video camera I used for my videographer and filmmaking journey, and even despite it almost being 10 years old, the hero 4 is still a beast in its own right. Heres to more innovation!
They have had some issues. I will agree. My Hero 11 overheats and glitches, and I’ve only had it for 3 months. I’m not disputing their quality issues over the past few years. However, you can’t deny how much GoPro has innovated the action camera market. I look up to that, and I hope it’s not too late for them to turn everything around. Their impact is undeniable.
I had the Hero 3 and loved it and upgraded to a new one. It’s an essential part of my camera tool kit. The inbuilt stabilization on GoPro keeps me hooked. When I want to travel light I take a GoPro instead of a gimbal and traditional camera. The stabilization is insane!!! Not to mention being able to jump in the water and shoot there too. It’s my most versatile camera , I legit never leave town without putting it in my bag.
Well done GoPro! 20 Years! I remember my first GoPro Hero with the added screen, then my H3+, H7 Black, and my Hero 10… And the family of GoPros will keep growing because it is such a versatile camera! Thank you for giving me a tool that helps deliver on my dreams and creativity for my clients. Legends!
GoPro Hero 6 user. The intros I've made were 90% made with it and I still use it to keep a record of how the city I live keeps evolving. I like this camera very much, it's so well built and durable that allows me to experiment. I hope we can have another 20 years of GoPro, cheers!

GoPro Hero 6 user. The intros I've made were 90% made with it and I still use it to keep a record of how the city I live keeps evolving.
