How many times have you done this race? Ive done two 100 milers in the last two years, West Country ultra and the Cotswolds way 102, and a solo 24 hour run covering 94 miles, so this year I am taking on the tow paths of KACR 145!! expecting it to be harder than the hilly ones lol which is kinda why I want to do it!! you seem to have done this race a few times now.
