What i like about this one is that it's NOT dry, you're telling a story... I can definitely consider buying a Oolo Life DSG after watching this vlog! 🥂💯
I drove to CT using i20 2010 model, 1.5l. I left Shell Garage at Protea Glen Ext 11 between 9:30 and 10am. Same here, I underestimated the journey and miscalculated fuel money. I arrived at 1am. I averaged 6.2l because I was doing 120 - 130km/h. On my return, I used N1 until Vaal.
😂😂😂The villages you passed are towns. After Klerksdorp is Wolmaranstad, a popular pitstop. Then it's Bloemhof, where Pirate's Saleng comes from. Ntoka also plays for Pirates is for om Kimberley. So don't underestimate those towns😂😂
@@ThembaOnWheels Cape town has the most cameras on the road than any other province also, you will not see the value of your fuel by doing 130, hit 120 cruise control and enjoy
The sedan market in SA is dead but i bought 2020 Hyundai Elantra GLS auto with everything in, leather seats, cruise control and the works. on the highway I reduce the consumption from the standard 6.5 to 4.5 per 100 It is just that people always think that you are an Uber and I hate that, but it is what it is.
4:27 Reason no. 2 is that the car is a Honda... And it's a sedan. It's not for chasing baddies, you can't pull baddies with this one 😩😂😂 But 89Kw and 145 NM is a bargain, I'd definitely buy it if I was mature enough 😂😂
The fuel consumption is interesting. Imagine if it was a diesel. I have a 2014 Mercedes E350 Bluetec with a 3 litre V6 diesel. 185kw and 640nm. I averaged 5.2 litres per 100kms at an average speed of 125kph (cruise control) from Joburg to George. I did it on 1 tank (80 litre tank). 2 passengers and luggage. It's amazing how for such a big heavy car, it's about the same as cars with half the engine size, half the cylinders and lighter. Diesel forever!
@@ThembaOnWheels I can do it to Cape Town on 1 tank. When I got to George my range was still 250kms. I drove from Fourways to Bloemfontein using less than a quarter tank. And that's at a constant 125kph cruise control. I always believed diesel is the best engine in any car especially these SUVs that people are buying so much these days. The petrols use too much fuel.
Review the ballade please man im considering the RS spec one with sunroof 😮🎉cape town isn’t far Must leave 430 morning then you drive during the day to be safe it’s a easy trip😅
It is just jokes😉😀😀. Kimberly is nice, I liked the Dam just when you enter Kimberly. Tell me if there's boat cruising, I will come back before end of the year♥️♥️and Host me 😀😀
Come on man😂😂We never went above 120kmph on our way to CPT with Polo. Hence forth it is lower. I have experienced the polo in town as well, the consumption is above 7l to the 100. Honda never reached that.
Wow, I envy you. I flew to Cape Town from Joburg and hired a car to PE via N1 and back via George, I felt like I was dying. I doubt I will do it again.

Honda seems heavy on fuel to cover 471 kilos and two bars left of fuel.
Great content will continue watching as I love road trips.

Honda Ballade is a really underrated car. I would absolutely buy one, just to avoid looking like everybody else in a Corolla Quest.
You're right. It is very nice😁I will do a review of it soon
What a beautiful trip🔥🔥🔥🔥👌
A very nice one. More to come

How has the ballade been treating you over the years? I really like the RS one and I don't know to choose between the Fit or Ballade. 🤣🤣
its been good. I will do a review for you to see full insights about the car.
What else is hand-welded stainless steel? What else can, on the move, engage three diff-locks? Incomparable.

Not even. You don't drive a CVT on D on the free way, S/Manual works better, Mine comes with Pedal shift, I leave it at S7. And we move so perfect
How much did it cost you in terms of petrol total cost
I gave the figures on the full tank till we got to Cape Town. 3 full tanks so far to cape town. I'm gonna give the total during part 2
Where is our part two?😂😂
Tomorrow i am uploading
