A mobility car is isn't free and not paid for by the tax payers mobility cars is run by a charity,firstly you can pay a high payment for what car you need for your mobility needs,then you pay out of your own money about £270 a month for 3 years after 3 years the car go's back,a mobility car costs you about 3k a year out of your own money the cars are leased by a none profit charity,before you slag off disabled people do a bit of home work

She was just returning a set of "I speak your weight" scales to the shop to get a refund.... because of a fault with the speaking part of them.... Apparently all the scales would say is.... ONE PERSON AT A TIME PLEASE!!!
This happened to me once and I pushed her car forward with my car to create enough of a gap to get through. Her car only suffered a pushed in bumper and a few scratches on the front, near side wing. That'll learn her. 🤣 To be fair though, if she parked any further away she runs the risk of losing some weight.
I remember a similar incident, two ladies were talking at a passing place and blocked the road for 10 minutes, I beeped the horn and was just ignored. I got out my car and told them to move, and the lady just said we are in conversation! I said you’re blocking the road and looked at me like I was the problem, they moved but never said sorry. I hope one day a fire engine or police car on am emergency call crushes them

When I lived in Italy in the early eighties I owned American cars with real bumpers. I was amazed how often I used them.
