I lost 30 pounds just by walking a lot I walked around a bunch because I don't drive and I lost weight also I speed walk and walk faster than other people walk. I lost 30 pounds in 4-6 months by just walking a lot and eating healthier. Try walking around a lot and taking the bus if you walk around every single day you will lose weight too . The food that you eat has a lot to do with your weight and health I used to weigh 190 now I weight 160
The only thing I didn't understand was the advice not to use parfume before shower. I mean who does that. Parfume your dirty body first and then wash all the good smell off 😂 who does that
I actually use the conditioner for my legs! It's amazing, and everyone always tells me how soft my legs are. I believe this also makes the shave last a little bit longer before feeling stubble.
The shaving after your shower hack was very helpful. I usually do it in the beginning to just get it done😒 but that was very helpful. I will def start doing that. Also the conditioner to shave back was very good. Never heard of that one before. 👍🏽
Good hacks! Did not know you can use the avocado stone! I'll definitely be trying that out! I keep my hairbands in a little mason jar so I don't lose them, and the little hair elastics in a tiny resealable baggy from Muji that's supposed to be for eyeshadow applicators. My beauty hack for hair is only shampoo your roots and put conditioner on the bottom half of your hair so you're not stripping and drying out the length of your hair every time you shower

Cool water showers are amazing for hair and skin, but I would add that you should lotion up before drying off. Your skin will be amazingly soft after making a habit of doing this, because you get even more moisture locked in. This actually fixed a dry-skin phase I went through last year.
I have sensitive skin and I use cocoa butter to shave my legs with. I get a closer shave and it's moisturizing at the same time. Also it's a way to shave last minute wherever you are, for example, a quick shave at the beach to ensure completely smooth & soft legs!

The "ending the shower routine with cold water" was definitely a helpful hack.
I use coconut oil to moisturize my skin, then spray my perfume. It really does make the scent last longer!
