I love your channel- I bought a few Harlem candles 🕯️ after seeing your Harlem review and o was really happy w that brand. I also bought 2 apotheke 3 wick candles, and I’m so shocked at how they smell like nothing. I bought them both directly off their website, so I know they’re authentic, but for the exorbitant cost, they really disappointed me. Everyone seems to love that brand, but I cannot believe how much scent it’s lacking! I had family over, and we all could smell and loved the rooms w the Harlem candles but no one could smell the apotheke candles unless we had our faces inches away. Anyway, just wanted to share our experiences 😊thank you again for the informative and interesting videos!
I love your videos. The knowledge, the editing, the pace. Very tasteful and dynamic through and through. Your channel is about to explode! All the best from Barcelona. Cheers.
Super informative video. They say smells are the best to trigger emotions and/or memories. Have you tried LA Bruket's Coriander candle? My friend discovered it while at a spa in Europe. It is one to clear the mind. I also enjoy L'Occitane's Fig & Rose for a rainy day and a good book. For praying, meditation and those spiritual moments of peace and inter-reflection - I LOVE Cire Trudon's Spiritus Sanct. I haven't looked up what the candle is made of but it smells of Frankincense (one of the 12 scents in the Bible). And, Masion Louis Marie - both their N0.08 La Petite Louise and No.09 Vallée de Farney scents remind me of luxury. I like burning them when I just want to chill to some nice music and a glass of wine.
Thank you very much! I haven't tried the Coriander candle from LA Bruket but I think its amazing that they sell candle refills. You have quite the lineup of phenomenal scents! I will look into all of them, and maybe order the next time I do my monthly candle haul.
For safety, Instead of a candle you can use wax melts with an electric device. Costs like 25 euros or dollars. Cire Trudan sells so called Cameos, good way to test their Scents without spending a fortune.
Another great video. Just wondering, are you planning on doing a video on incense, bakhoor burners, etc. I came across The House of Matriarch’s incense cones over a year ago and was instantly transported to ancient Egypt, and what I imagine Pharos and sultans had burning in their palaces.
I just found you and I love your videos. Your voice is so soothing and your videos are so enjoyable to watch. I'm excited to see what type of content you continue to produce!
Dope video. New subscriber. Love the background and camera quality. I learned a lot from this video. 💯✊🏾 If you put hashtags like #candle #homefragrances on all your titles,it will bring more viewers to your channel.
Great lineup👍🏾👍🏾. Gotta try the JM Grapefruit. I burn the Nest GF during my morning workouts, but the JM scent may top it. In my opinion, Molton Brown candles do not have any throw.
@@DetailedDream I loved MB a few years ago, but they raised their prices astronomically and I took offense. This was 3 years pre-Covid. So frustrating. Heavenly Ginger-lily is my favorite for evening relaxation.
shout out from France, new subscriber! You mentioned cooking, I love cooking as well, and was thing of a scent to use while (or after) cooking, but lm afraid the perfume scent with the aromas would smell nasty.. what kinda scent would you recommend for that purpose? I was thinking citrus and green/herbs (verbena, thyme, mint, basil, etc.).. what is your opinion on that?
Love France! and welcome! You are correct, certain scents can clash with cooking. While cooking something with a high fragrance, I would suggest letting the food be the scent but a light scented candle such as an herb would also be nice. The Balmoral candle from Cire Trudon would be ideal since it has a good green top notes with a hint of mint and there's a nice pine in the base notes. You can also use the Green Tomato Vine candle from Jo Malone while cooking as well even though it could be a little strong IMO. But after cooking you can switch to something with rose in it to offest the constant smell of food lol.
What other scents have you found to work with different moods?

Thank you very much!! I actually have a video scheduled on bamboo incense and cones. I will also look into The House of Matriarch, sounds promising!
Great video

Didn’t know you follow the markets! Crazy right now, been trading the channels. Usually put out Iron Condors.

Thanks!! Yes, definitely give JM a try. I agree, MB candles lack in performance but the Ylang Ylang is on the stronger side.

Great Recommendations. Will check them out

Or use a non-scented candle during cooking.
